Very pleased with my first encounter with Texas Poker Supply! The only thing that would keep me from giving them a perfect score is, that they actually have to order chips, which I could do online myself. Understanding that having these chips in stock would be a major expense, and so I can not complain! Other than that, the guys were very friendly, very knowledgeable, and gave me a good deal on Paulson chips.. The chips were received quickly, before five business days, in perfect shape, exactly as described. I have done a lot of research online, and the deal that Texas Poker Supply gave me, were as low as anyplace I could find online, and they also give you a better deal on the shipping price. I will definitely do business with the guys at Texas Poker Supply again! UPDATE: 11/17/10 First transaction with TPS was very good, but the second, not so good. I hope that TPS is not letting their customer service slip, but it looks like it. First, I've emailed them twice, once on the form on their website, and one to their email address, and have received no response to either one. I ordered three chip 'samples' (two of them bigger than normal sample packs).. and the shipping charge was for Priority Mail, (2-3 shipping).. I got a call on 11/09, saying that they were out of one sample, but the other two were being shipped that day.. here it is 11/17, and I've still not received the package, or a response to my emails. No, this is not a life or death deal, but.. I am using the samples to help determine my next big chip purchase, and I would like to have that done before Christmas. I ordered chip samples from Apache Poker Chips the same day as my order to TPS, and got those (with standard first class mail) two days ago. I love to do business with people who give good customer service, and am sad when those people let their service slip.. I hope that's not the case with TPS, but...

We did an event with TPS where they provided their dealers and tables. First off, it was super cool that they did a custom table for the event... with the event logo on the table. Super professional and helped make the that much more memorable. I had the chance to play a few tables games, that I had no idea how to play. The dealers were super helpful and great. I look forward to working with them again!

Someone needs to say it: Texas Poker Supply people are awesome!! Seriously, these folks came in to our holiday event as full on professionals! Configured the space perfectly, then set all the tables beautifully, no hitch. Worked with owner on concept to have employees play to win real Company bonus money; AND when the caterer totally dissed me leaving me in a lurch - these folks ran out on their break and BOUGHT me disposable chaffing dishes! Awesome party! Everyone at Texas Poker Supply did an excellent job with our casino house party. The dealers were friendly and kept the players excited and at the end of the party the cleanup was quick and easy! They will make your party one to remember!

I made an order with TPS, and payed for two-day shipping. After six days with no tracking-number, I wrote to them to see what was up. In response I got a blank email, and another, forwarded email with a tracking number. When I checked that tracking number I saw that they had not yet dropped off my item for shipping. It took ten days for them to actually ship my order, so it arrived after the birthday I bought it for. That would have been enough to frustrate me (and, indeed, it was) but the item arrived with some noticeable flaws, and my second email to them to ask about it, and their slow shipping, went totally unanswered. They may have a lot to choose from, but their customer service is atrocious, their shipping speed is slow, and they are totally uncommunicative. I won't ever buy from them again.
