This food truck is located in the parking lot at Barton Springs Saloon. We usually order fries and/or the spicy tots (Ranch on Fire Tots). OMSpice!!! The tots are so good and pack a punch! The Ranch on Fire boneless weeks are like spice level 4-5 and they will light you up, in a good way! Hot and salty dry rub. If you like spice, they got you. They've got some spice levels near ten. I'm not that brave. Are you? The food from this truck pairs nicely with an ice cold Shiner from the Barton Springs Saloon. Folks working the truck making all the goodness for our bellies are super sweet and nice.

I honestly think these are some of the best wings in Austin. The lollipop style wing is by far the best way to eat the wing! Done perfectly, good crisp, great flavor. They are a little pricey so not your everyday wing but definitely get a craving for them a few times a month. Also get the Ranch on Fire tots, you will not be disappointed! I like my tots a little crispy and they come out perfect.

Found this spot thanks to Tik Tok. Look to tell you how good it is... I had a friend drive from Dallas specifically for these wings. Fancy dinner & reservations?? Na I'll take Tommy want Wingy & The Barton Saloon ANY DAY!! What I love about this place is the location & fast service, fun atmosphere... I mean.. COLD BEER & KILLER WINGS. Can't beat it.

Challenging review because I planned to try the wings, but this location (Barton Spr) doesn't open til 3pm on any day. So, based solely on the tenders and the tots: The tots are great, four stars! Garlic parm came with an unexpected amount of black pepper, but flavorful and a *great* size for nibbling. Crispy outside and fluffy inside. A treat! The tenders are two stars because of serious over-breading. Far more crust than chicken. Sweet chili sauce satisfyingly hot and flavorful. At $10 for an order, that's $2.50 per tender: overpriced for what you get. No complaints here about garlic tots price, nor about ordering process. It takes a while, but they're up front about how it works. We waited maybe 20 minutes for this small order, but it was a busy Saturday at the dive-y Saloon, and our order was hot and fresh when ready. If the schedule ever works out, I'll revise this review to include the wings.

Amazing wings here! They were done all drumstick style Asian style. Nice and tender and crispy and meaty. We got the buffalo, OGs, garlic/Parmesan, Ranch on Fire. All of them were very good. I'd recommend ordering two dipping sauces per person. We got 10 wings each so for a total of 20. I don't recommend ordering before you arrive there through their app you have to order from the app anyways. Remember to order the celery and garnishes, which are à la carte. Decent but relatively expensive. Cool little bar attached to you where the food truck that runs the wing spot is at. Limited parking.

Life-changing wings!! We have been wanting to try TWW for awhile but it's a bummer we live about 45 minutes away. We got lucky and found ourselves in town and decided to stop by for dinner. And WOW! Wings are cooked perfectly and the lollipop cuts allow for easy eating. Sauce flavor was perfect. Wings were crunchy and super flavorful. Wish we had one of these closer - but they are good enough that we will make the long drive just to come here.
