Dalia was so helpful with planning our honeymoon!! She took the time to meet with me and go over exactly where we were interested in going. From there, she put together a wonderful and detailed itinerary with suggested hotels, tourist attractions, etc. From there, I could customize which of her suggestions I wanted to go with or inquire about other places/attractions I heard of or researched prior. She took care of booking most everything and gave detailed directions on where to go and who to talk to. Made our entire trip a breeze and carefree! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a Travel Agent.

I haven't been on a vacation in the last 5 years. Never considered using a travel agent. Theresa Paranuk has made this the easiest vacation I have ever taken. Absolutely effortless on my part. I haven't been able to travel a ton until I met Theresa Paranuk! She's so incredible at finding deals and helping make the trips as easy as possible! She prints out all documents for us, always gets us the best price and answer EVERY question I have (and trust me, I have a lot!). I book everything through her now! She's the best! Kristina is a badass. She helped me plan our honeymoon and made it so easy. Not only did she take time to speak with me multiple times before actually booking to make sure I felt comfortable, but she also planned everything out to the smallest detail, which made our traveling stress free and simple. Beyond that, she checked in with us while we were on the trip to make sure we were okay and to ask if we needed anything. Tramex Travel, specifically Theresa Paranuk, is simply amazing! She takes all the stress and worry out of planning a vacation. She seems genuinely happy to help, is always quick to respond to any concerns and/or questions you may have. She even makes the promise that you'll be addicted and start planning your next vacation before you even finish the first. As easy as she makes this whole experience, I can believe that promise!

First and last time I use a travel agency. They are not very helpful at all in my opinion, and they don't stand behind what they sell you. I paid for a trip to Europe and many things went wrong on the trip that they "booked" and I paid for. When I asked for some kind of reimbursement, I was given the run around, and never got anything back.

I tried e-mailing the address on the website and it bounced back. Then I called to speak to someone about assisting my parents with flight arrangements and was put through to someone's voicemail. More than 24 hours later, I haven't gotten a call back. My mom tried calling them as well and they were extremely rude. So, we're going with a different travel agency.

I used to love them. I used them 4-5 times a year for 5 years and was very pleased. I was only steered wrong once. That was when I traveled to exotic locations and stayed in 5 star hotels. I asked fo help scheduling some more affordable trips and just general information about destinations and got lackluster to no response. If you're rich, expect great service.
