Trippy Tacos is such a hidden gem. It's a tiny little food truck that's clearly owned and run by a local mom and pop, which I absolutely love supporting! There's just something special about local food made with care, and this place totally delivers! They've got lots of vegetarian options, which is always a win. I tried the mega taco and the breakfast potato, egg, and cheese taco. Both were delicious and super satisfying. The salsa was really good too, it tasted homemade and added the perfect kick! The service was great. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and my food came out fast. I'll definitely be coming back for more. A great spot to grab a casual and tasty bite! Please come out to support them, they are so cute!

My husband and I decided to try Trippy Tacos while out on our E-bike ride. We drove up, parked, and ordered. There weren't that many people there when we arrived but there was a line of people when we left. We went straight to the ordering window, placed our order, and paid. Then we waited in the shade for our order. After about 10 minutes we got our food. The service was good. The person taking the orders at the window and distributing them to the customers was friendly. My only complaint about this restaurant is that there was only one picnic table to sit at and get shade. I ordered a Potato, Bacon, and Egg Taco, a Fried Chicken Taco, Rice and Beans, and Chips and Salsa. The Potato Bacon and Egg Taco was filling and tasty with the salsa on top. The Fried Chicken Taco was yummy with a buffalo flavored sauce. The Beans and Rice were good with the Crispy Tortilla Chips and the large container of Salsa was spicy but addicting. Overall it was a good experience. Easy ordering process and not too long of a wait to get our order and the food was good.
