We walked into the store wasn't greeted because all of the workers were standing around in their phone and having personal conversations. We had to call them to get their attention to place our order as if we didn't come into the establishment to spend our $$$. Look how the lazy workers made my baconator fries. in the area don't waste your time here go to The one Pho or Taco Palenque you may have a better experience.

I drove thru when thru when they didn't seem busy; I had a very small order. It was easy to understand the employee thru the speaker. My exchange at the window wasn't noteworthy, but paying wasn't difficult, and my order was ready quickly. I can't complain about this experience.

I placed a mobile order to pick up inside. When the food came out it was missing a few things. I went to the counter with my receipt and asked for the missing food. The cashier asked a woman who seemed to be the manager something in Spanish and she looked at me, shrugged and then turned away. I just stood there awkwardly and when the cashier said something to her again she tossed the food into a bad and dropped it on the counter and walked away. When I went to eat my food, the burgers didn't have the right toppings and there were less fries than I usually get. I didn't say anything and just ate it but overall a pretty bad experience.

All I wanted was a freshly cooked good tasting meal and a drink so I figured use the Wendys App and create an order for pickup. What could possibly go wrong? The fastest way to lose a customer is perceived indifference. If Wendys continues behaving this way they will go out of business. The ambiance of the restaurant was colored with apathy from the employees towards customers and the food that was prepared. I was not greeted or acknowledged by the employees by the register nor were the two additional customers who walked in behind me around 8:09pm on a Sunday. We waited 15-20 minutes and it appears that a manager was conducting a job interview candidate. Instead of asking one of the additional workers to help run the register or push further orders, people were queued up and not being attended to. Another employee felt the need to take a photo of the interview candidates ring instead of helping any one else who was in the restaurant. Meanwhile in a kitchen not so far away there was someone working on the grill stove I could see cooking close to 12-16 patties of beef at one time and proceeding to throw them in a clear yellow left tub (instead of being made fresh) leading me to believe that my food was not going to be received even in a lukewarm fashion ( instead of precooking for people who are not there you should when the item is ordered especially on a slow moment as the one we were currently in. The food should be fresh to order as the orders come in (sure it might take longer but the food will be to temperature). I am willing to wait longer if my food is fresh. After this experience and other experiences at other locations I will never buy a meal from Wendys at any location again. This experience convinces me that fast food is dead as is any love I once had for Wendys food.

I was one of two people on the restaurant; so they weren't busy at all. The coke machine had no Ice and the syrup/soda ratio was off on the drinks. The ketchup dispenser was empty and geez, lord help when I asked a girl behind the counter for ice and ketchup. How do you "underperform" when getting someone ketchup and ice? Well, this employee did. Maybe a 1/3 cup of ice and a ketchup tub with ketchup all over the outside and it was rancid ketchup. Fries weren't fresh but the burger was good.

Do not go into the restaurant to place an order. They will leave you standing there for 10 minutes while they work the drive-through and ignore you. If you ask for some attention, they will tell you they are busy and ignore you some more. I let them know. I had an appointment and I would miss lunch if I did not get served and they still ignored me. I left.

Hi, this Wuendy have the worst customer service. I get there with a coupon and they didn't take it and then they just get the full price for me. And they didn't care to give me the refund. The girl who was in the mobile orders was very rude and they either have a manager there that we can speak with. Worst customer service
