The food was as expected, edible, however what wa expected, was getting sick afterwards. Not sure if it was the sub-par burger, old chicken tenders or cold fries. Either way my body was not happy. The inside was clean and staff was great. Hence 3 stars. The food handling needs refund retraining.

Guys pleaseee save yourself from Hell & Do NOT come here!! Unless you have 1 hr to wait for your food. Its just terrible every day at any time. This is the most convenient location to me because its right off of I-35 so I have been coming here off and on for a good ten years and its just gotten worse and worse with the price going up and up (thats all the Whataburgers) I recommend going to any other location other than this one! Just waited 47 mins for $50 worth of food. tons of other upset customers waiting around even longer for their food.

I HATTEEE this location. Food is always cold af when i ask for something fresh they try to play me like i don't know the difference. and you think since the food isn't fresh the wait wouldn't be long at all. Took forever to get a number 1 with cheese fries and a diet coke I asked how long it's going to take after 15 minutes waiting in the drive through. The guy said it right Here ,I said do you need me come inside and get it . He says he will bring out . Comes out takes my card runs it and I said where the burger . He says oh yeah I will get it . Comes out with the burger and fries . I said where's the drink . He say oh yeah I will get it . Wth! I said what's going on man . He says I don't really know. G damn this guy is out of it . Unreal poor service . Won't go there again

Ordered at the drive up, the lady who took my order repeated it correctly, when I got to the window the kid at the window told me what I owed, and never told me what I ordered when I paid for it, when I ordered there was only 2 cars in front of me... The first sign that things have gone wrong was when the kid at the window went to hand me a drink... I didn't order a drink, he then handed me a bag stating it was something other than what I ordered, seriously!!! Then what I perceived as a manager came out and started arguing with me, saying it's my job to make sure I pay for the right food, and I was like how am I supposed to check the food before I have it? The manager was very rude, and he wouldn't let it go, he was being a really a**hole. Never apologized, never offered a refund. When I finally got my order it was cold, I ended up just throwing it away. I guess Whataburger doesn't care about Customer Service. I will never go to a Whataburger again.

This whataburger's drive thru is consistently abnormally SLOW. For no reason. Don't expect "fast food" from this place. I live right down the street but would be better off driving 20min away to get faster service.

Few years ago I ate from this location and I got extremely sick so stopped. Well, a year or so ago, I got the craving for a monterey melt but did not go due to the Rona. Finally after a year of holding it at bay, I finally gave in and came here. Turns out they got rid of the monterey melt!! :(. Sad but not defeated, I ordered a double meat Whataburger with fajita vegetables, onions, monterey jack cheese and jalapeno ranch sauce (basically trying to recreate the monterey melt), spicy chicken sandwich, and fries. Took it home and took some bites from the burger. After just a few bites, I felt incredibly ill and nauseated. I couldn't finish my burger, it was that bad. The spicy chicken sandwich is the worst version of all the spicy chickens that have come out over the last few years. Bland, dry, and more expensive than the others. I've always liked their fries and they were good. So based on these experiences, I'm not only done with this location, but Whataburger as a whole. Your dry ass patties and chicken sandwiches suck.
