How is this place not rated a 10/10!?!? As a proud original New Yorker when I tell you my love for bagels and cream cheese runs deep!! Bagels are good size , perfect texture, and the cream cheese to bagel ratio is on point. Have ordered delivery from here several times. The bagels are always fresh and delightful. They are dense but also fluffy and soft. The bagels have a nice crunch on the outside as well. Fresh cream cheese is amazing. They have a nice variety of other baked goods as well.

The bagel was good but it's so strange lol I asked for the bagel with jalapeno cream cheese lol she tells me they don't have it. I say ok what do you have she gave me a list of like 7 cream cheese options. So I get the scallion cream cheese. While I'm waiting for my bagel they have a refrigerated section. Selling their homemade cream cheeses and drinks and etc. tell me why they have so many tubs of their homemade jalapeno cream cheeses! Lmao so ask her I see you do make jalapeno cream cheese it's there... she says oh yeah but we don't have it in the kitchen ..... we sell it . Just for that stupidity it can't get 5 stars from me . Doesn't make any sense if your selling it that means people buy it so why would you not have it as an option to put on a bagel lol but you have lox and honey and all these other wild ones

If they still have it peep their Yelp check-in offer! If I'm in this area, it's usually because I'm craving Dandelion Cafe, but today, my craving was for a real deal bagel. So instead of opting for the Dunkin four doors down, I landed here. #supportlocal It's not my first time, but every time I'm in I admire the small things that make this spot memorable and set them apart from their completion. The Jewish influence is undeniable, stated and unstated from the plaque to the offerings, the bagel clock on the wall is cute enough to make even Eeyore smile, the pastry selection ample, and the customer service (which last trip encouraged me to live a little and try a rye bagel (on the house)), pretty solid. While their location is not set up to accommodate a drive-thru, but they do have covered patio seating for warmer days, a nice touch. This week's weather called for an oat milk macchiato and sesame bagel with lox spread. This bagel as well as a few other varieties are offered in skinny versions (a thinner bake), if you wish. For a Houston bagel it faired pretty solid, and certainly hit the spot. From gluten-free bagels to fresh squeezed OJ, challah loaves, cupcakes, a migas bagel and salmon salad, they've got a little something for everyone.

Great spot to have delicious bagels. Service can a be a tad slow on Sunday mornings which can be expected for Sunday rush. So many different flavor bagels and spreads. I ordered the Avocado Toast - sesame bagel with smashed avocado, sliced tomato, over medium egg, facon & ET seasoning, with a side of hand cut potatoes. Delicious, though I may ask for more toasted next time. I also ordered their Cinnamon Sugar donut, as expected. Will be back.

8/10 I got a few things to try and loved them. The look wasn't perfect, looked like they may still be renovating but the service was quick, friendly and attentive. I got French toast sticks, a chocolate frap/coffee and avocado smashed bagel. I wish the fruit cup side had better fruit options (I have it away) but everything else was delicious!! Will be back before work more frequently and can't wait to try some new things!

They have a huge variety of bagels and spreads; the rainbow ones are just gorgeous! It's a smaller shop. They also have cookies and pastries. There's like a Baker's Dozen option as well. There's also an outside seating area which is nice on those rare cooler Houston mornings. Lol. You can also see the kitchen from the ordering area. They aren't skimpy on ingredients either. The everything bagel, for example, has the seasoning on both halves. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area or looking for catering.

After a Houston Restaurant Weeks lunch next door, I stopped by Bagel Shop factory to buy a half-dozen bagels and a tub of cream cheese. Bagels are my favorite type of bread and you can't beat a New York-style bagel. Parking is a breeze in the complimentary lot. In addition to bagels, they also have some sweets but I didn't dabble. I did appreciate that they had a good variety of bagels . . . your classics including plain, sesame, poppy, everything etc. and some more exotic varieties including French toast. And if we're talking exotic, they even have a rainbow bagel. It tastes just like a plain bagel but it's trippy and looks like a work of art. It's definitely worth trying to say you've done it! Since I can be basic sometimes, I went with the plain cream cheese. If you're more adventurous than I am when it comes to your spreads, they have plenty of other options too. In my book, Bagel Shop Factory is up there as one of the best bagel spots in town!

You didn't get bagels unless you got them from here!!!! Best bagels ever! Super soft and fresh with great flavor. Good prices and quick service. Definitely try the French Toast Bagel it's great.
