Unfortunately, I did not take any pictures of the place however I love that enterprise came to pick me up from the collision repair center. They were very quick in the pick up and very courteous. The lady drove me back to the enterprise location, and she rested assured that my car was on the way. The transaction was very smooth and she explained everything accordingly. Overall, very good experience compared to other places that I've been for rent renting a car.

They earned their low ratings. They never called me to let me know they received my rental booking from Allstate. The guy was very unhelpful on the phone. Gave me no options for upgrades from a crap economy car. Seemed bothered that I actually asked about car types due to medical reasons. Poor work ethic. Told me it would take 1.5 hours for them to pick me up when I live less than two miles down the street. Thankfully I called Braeswood (Meyerland), who were so much more professional. They picked me up in 15 min and upgraded me without question. Never settle for lazy, crappy service with attitude. I see the business has responded to this comment. Too bad they are busy doing clean up instead of actually doing their jobs- helping customers.

Try answering the phone. Try getting the invoice correct. They added THREE DAYS to the invoice! And it's next to impossible to get them to correct

The customer service was amazing. I like to judge service companies by not only the job done, but how they respond when the job is not done correctly. I reserved a car for Easter weekend, but upon arrival, they didn't have anything available. They were low on staff and I was not able to leave till 2hrs later. However, after returning the vehicle, I received a follow up call inquiring about the service received. I expressed my disappoint about the time it took to receive a vehicle and not only did they apologize, but I was also given a small credit towards my bill for the inconvenience. I would definitely use their services again.

Had a phenomenal experience with the location at 5410 Bellaire Blvd in Bellaire, TX. The associates were Knowledgeable on my delay to turn in my vehicle. The associates Olo, Miranda, and Ousmane have great charisma and work ethics. Enterprise Bellaire- 713-666-2311

I would absolutely give this place 0 stars if I could, I would actually give it NEGATIVE if I'm being honest. I will try and keep this short, but not sure that's even possible... The location itself is not bad, but the manager by the name of RICK BLACKMON is by far the absolute most awful person they could have hired to "run" this location. He is a liar, a thief, and a con artist. He continued to charge my card on file for a total amount of $630 when I was only supposed to pay a deposit of $50 when I picked up the rental car, and then get the $50 back as soon as I returned the car (which I never received the deposit back to my account). He continued to charge a total of over $200 even almost two months AFTER I returned the car!!!! Every charge that was taken out of my bank account was NEVER authorized by me, nor was I aware that it was going to happen. I continued to call Rick multiple times asking what was going on because my car insurance is supposed to cover the full rental and I would not have to pay a penny more than the deposit. He agreed with me saying yes, that is what was on file under my reservation but he continued to act clueless about why I was being charged and then promised me multiple times he processed a reimbursement to the card on file. This then happened two more times... I called him again asking why????? He played dumb of course, once again telling me he would reimburse every single charge that had come out of my account. I never received a reimbursement for any of the charges he promised would come back. Two months after I dropped off the vehicle, I was charged AGAIN a total of over $200. I had to get multiple other people involved to look into this. Rick told all three of us he issued a reimbursement for a total of $575 (which was less than the amount I should have gotten back) and that the money would show up my account in 7-10 business days. Well over 10 business days had passed, no money to be found reimbursed by enterprise. We called, texted, left voicemails. Rick was no where to be found. He completely ghosted us and was never going to reissue a refund. I finally got a hold of someone else at that branch by the name of Daria, she informed me that Rick had yet to authorize the payment back to me and she would go ahead and do it herself. She sent me a picture of it as soon as she did, and I got the money back within less than 2 business days. She was the ONLY helpful and cooperative person at that location. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION. Rick will rob you and act clueless as to why it was happening and then never return your calls. I just want to say thank you to Daria for actually being helpful with this difficult and frustrating situation even though she had nothing to do with my rental reservation there in the first place. 0 STARS FOR RICK!!!!!!!!!!!!

I rented from the Bellaire location a couple months ago, after dealing with really unpleasant people at the Braeswood location. From the second I walked in, the experience was so pleasant. I can't remember the gentleman's name, but he was so kind and helpful. He truly turned my day around. In addition, the store manager texted me the following day to see how my experience at their location was and ask if I needed any more assistance. I appreciate the personal touch, it really seems like they care about their business. When I returned the car, he was there with a different gentleman from my first visit and they were equally as helpful and nice. Renting a car has never been such a breeze. I was in and out, the staff was helpful, and I really enjoyed the car. Thank you so much Enterprise Bellaire!

5410 Bellaire Blvd. We cannot praise this Enterprise office enough, especially the branch manager, Ricky Blackmon. Whenever I called, he always answered. Our daughter was in an accident while she was getting ready for a job transfer; she was originally told that if she dropped the car off out of state, that there would be a $1000 drop off fee. She had no choice, and drove half way cross country while her car was being repaired in Houston. The vehicle is soon to be released, and the rental was turned in to another office. I called Ricky to advise him the car was dropped off, and was ready to give my credit card info. He placed me on hold to double check the drop off policy; and waived it. I could not be more grateful. The logistics of this event has been a pain to navigate, but the end is near. Ricky made the process easier for us. Thank you Enterprise Bellaire! This is customer service at its best. Ricky Blackmon is a gem.
