Absolutely freakin' delicious New York style pizza! Get some. Thank you Luigi! That really hit the spot. They even sell pizza by the slice! And, the slices are huuuuge!!!!

Pizza pie was very good and the service was excellent. I ordered pick up and it was ready when they said it would be. I had two medium pies one with just pepperoni and the other veggies. With a tip it was over $40 so a bit on the pricy side but the pizza pies were very good.

This is one of two Luigi's Pizzerias in the Houston area (the other is in Midtown). It's has a fun pizzeria vibe with limited seating, a couple arcade machines, and a glimpse into the kitchen where they are prepping the pizza. The pizza itself is tasty. There are plenty of toppings to choose from and items on the menu. I'm not the biggest fan of the crust. It's not quite a typical any pizzeria crust. It's a little too airy, which I'd usually love if it were a wood fired style pizza. The employee who was working greeted me as I walked in, and he was friendly enough. Unprompted he asked for I needed anything like peppers or Parmesan. The service was efficient and pleasant, which is all I'm looking for when ordering a pizza from a pizzeria. Some tips: Check out the weekday specials (picture of special menu attached). I took advantage of the Tuesday BYO 12" two-topping pizza for $12. Also, you can order online, and if you put in your phone number you will get a text with the estimated time to pick up your pizza, and you will also get a text when the pizza is ready. Cheers!!

I am a Pizza snob, so conveyor belt pizza as I call it, ie dominoes, Pizza Hut, etc, i can't eat! This AINT THAT!! It's New York style, old school PIZZA OVEN PIZZA!! It was VERY GOOD! The crust is so light crunchy and GOOD! Sometimes it's tough and chewy or hard as a rock, this was just the right crunch! Sauce was good, cheese is quality and the hamburger is REAL COOKED GROUND BEEF!! Not those meaty pellets like Pizza Hut! If you're in the area and looking for pizza, this is GOOD EAT!!!

For such a small place with so many ovens, service is surprisingly slow. Communication is lacking, and customer care is poor. My order had an issue, and I ended up waiting even longer than my friends.

They were 15 min late with my order and, despite being early for pick up, my food was cold! How? My onion rings weren't edible. This is the 3 rd mess up in a row. I'm never ordering from this location again. The quality of Luigi's has reached toilet tier.

This place used to be my absolute favorite...until last night. We ordered delivery which was a huge mistake. They outsource to DoorDash which is a big problem because when something goes wrong, the restaurant blames them, but since it wasn't ordered directly through DoorDash, you don't have the features and protections as you would if you ordered it yourself. We did have an issue with the delivery but that's a whole other story. The biggest issue was the actual pizza, which I used to dream about, but has suddenly changed into the most atrocious thing since Cece's. The crust was dense and flavorless, with a strange texture. I put it in the oven to crisp up, but the bottom just wouldn't cook and wound up tasting like dry clay. The toppings were pretty stingy for a supreme. There was hardly any cheese and it was all chopped up into microscopic pieces that were hard to identify. They were generous with the sauce, which tasted like it had gone bad a few days ago, and overly sweet to the point where it was almost like a rancid desert. Pretty gross all around! After last nights experience I can confidently say I will never eat another thing from that place. I'm really sad because it used to be the best pizza in town. Customer service was pretty bad too when I called about the delivery issue, so we didn't even try to get our money back for the awful pizza. Bummer.

Great pizza here, and a cozy little spot. I am going to mention that the staff seemed thoroughly overwhelmed when I ordered a large to go, one Friday night. I ordered by phone, came to pick up my order 15 minutes later, and then waited about 40 more minutes inside. There were loads of people waiting like I was. Not a lot of joy in that restaurant that night. It was standing room only, too. I honestly really felt bad for the crew. They work in full view of the patrons, who--most of them--were holding torches, axes, and pitchforks. It was getting pretty dicey. Yeah, it took forever, but the pizza here is worth it. If the mob had gotten out of control, I wouldn't have gotten my pizza. But I did, finally. A happy ending indeed . . .

I've been a long standing fan of Luigi's. They are one of the best here in Houston. If you love pizza you must go here. There are two locations for this chain, but this one is more home style while the other is connected to a Biergarten. The staffs are nice and we are always surprise at how big the slices are here. They're super generous. We got the cheese pizza and I love being able to taste all the individual ingredients. Crispy pizza with a nice, chewy bite to the crust. The sauce is natural and fresh tasting. Love the freshness here. Definitely a less is more kind of place.

We had a take out order a few weeks ago, and the cashier/ pizza maker was not only handling money, but picked paper off of the floor and proceeded to touch the pizza, along with other food items without washing his hands. This is not only unsanitary and disgusting, but we have notified the Health Department. We were going to mention this while standing at the counter, however, with the attitude this "manager" had, he might not have even cared. The other associate was wearing gloves, and we think the manager was the one at the cash register, as he is telling the other associate what to do/ how to work. The one wearing gloves was very courteous and professional, while the other individual was very lackadaisacal and just "going through the motions". He cared more about being on his phone than being there and serving customers. He was also running his fingers through his hair and adjusting his hat. Oily fingers from a scalp and food! Sick!!! (Speaking of "sick", do not eat from this location, as you might get sick!) Please do not order from from this location until this problem is rectified!
