I am so disappointed in the quality of food. It’s honestly devastatingly bad. I don’t like putting negativity out there into the universe but I do so today in hopes the management can take feedback and make improvements. I just spent $65 on pizza, cheese sticks, chicken wings, and garlic knots. The pizza dough is so bad that it is making my jaw hurt to chew it. The cheese sticks taste like they were taken out of the freezer yesterday and microwaved this afternoon. The wings taste good but why are there no drumsticks? I haven’t eaten here in a while, but I have always liked it, appreciate that it’s local, the staff is always  great (as they all were today). But I can’t get over how inedible my $28 pizza is! How can it be this bad? What ingredients did you put in this dough? Please make it better!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with the sweet sounds of Def Leppard and the friendly smile of our server, Gabe. He was absolutely awesome—attentive, friendly, and made sure our dining experience was top-notch.
The atmosphere was comfy with great music and a vibe that made us feel right at home. The pizza was out of this world! The thin and crispy crust was amazing and the pepperoni and cheese were melted together perfectly. Not greasy at all, just pure deliciousness. The spices were on point, adding that extra kick that made every bite delicious  If you're in New Braunfels and craving some amazing pizza, do yourself a favor and head to New York Pizza Pub. You won't be disappointed!

I made an online order on 5/12 for pick up at 6:16pm. I arrived around 6:15pm and was told it would be about 5 minutes for the garlic knots. I saw the person put the garlic knots in the oven, take them out, package them and then they sat on the counter for a good 5 minutes before being handed off to another customer. About 30 minutes later they finally called my name and told me they were out of garlic knots. I was confused because that’s all I was waiting on, my pizza had been ready since I arrived. They refunded me in cash because they couldn’t figure out how to return it to my card. That’s fine, just annoying. I politely informed them I arrived at 6:15 and was told I was just waiting on my garlic knots. I asked if my pizza had been sitting there getting cold the entire time while I waited for these supposed garlic knots. He said “yes, ma’am, I’m sorry they’re in a heating bag.” I understand places are busy, but I sat there for 30 minutes for no reason while my pizza got cold. I understand it’s in a heating bag, but waiting there for nothing is frustrating. The last few times I’ve gone the customer service has not been the best and this was my last straw. The pizza was in fact cold even though it had been in “a heating bag” and we had to heat it up before we could “enjoy” it. We ordered two medium CYO pizzas. One was clearly thinner than the other. Overall just not a good experience customer service wise or food wise. We’ve been long time customers, but we will not be going back. On top of all that it was our Mother’s Day dinner and it was ruined. So disappointed.

The garlic knots at this place are absolutely scrumptious! The server was incredibly friendly and made our evening truly memorable. Don’t let the small sign outside deceive you; the inside of the restaurant is spacious and inviting. There are plenty of TVs to catch a game, and a full bar to complement your meal. And the pizza? It’s simply divine!

First time I went was in person and it was amazing!! Just ordered through favor and the fried ravioli is cold, soggy and obviously in the package for a while. The pizzas were cold and needed to be reheated. Its just not the same reheated. Definitely not worth the $60. 😫
