Whoever was working the drive-thru tonight was so nice and friendly! I needed to get a crown for a presentation my child is giving, and I asked at the drive-thru window to first ask if they even give out crowns anymore (they do!). In the drive-thru, the employee told me I din't have to order anything to get a crown. Well, I came with the intention of having to buy something in the first place, so I asked for a chocolate shake. Well, apparently their ice cream machine is broken (boo!), so I just ended up going straight to the pick-up window where the employee had a whole bunch of crowns ready and waiting for me. He was super nice about it and I thought I should give him a review for great customer service (despite my lack of shake, which isn't his fault). Anyway, whoever you are, thanks for being such a friendly and kind employee and I hope someone sees this so you can get some recognition or something. Keep up the friendly attitude!

my kids begged for Burger King so we walk in at 9:46 pm and they close at 10. As I walked to the register the female employee made a face at the male employee and starting laughing. I said, y'all about to close huh? The girl says yes at 10. I asked if I can order and the guy takes my order with an attitude. When I was going to pay cash he tells me he already counted the drawers. So I pay with my phone. Then he says to go right? I say no, we have a few minutes to eat and we will walk out at 10. He turns and says loud "great, we're not getting out of here til 12." My 14 year old sees what's going on and says let's just take our food mom. So I told her to let them know we are taking to go. When I ask for the managers name and phone number they look at each other and don't want to respond with information and send a third employee to tell me the manager's name. As I'm walking out my daughter says he was making jokes about "yea , I'll still be here tomorrow ." There's a lot of wrong with this starting with custome service. If you don't want to work then go home. I'm a bartender in the area for over 20 years and I would not ever give that kind of service to anyone even if you are walking in at 9:59. Burger King please hire staff with better work ethic and values.

Wanna bet they're always out of something. Onion rings for one. It's funny how they always have to ask the cook if they want to make food. Last time it was chicken nuggets and we couldn't get the $5 deal. They are scamming their customers by getting them to come in for a deal, then expecting you to pay full price for something else. Sorry yall lost our business. Of the customer service was good but it is called fast food for a reason. Cheap and convenient for the general public.

Everytime i come to this BK it's such a disappointment. Last night I was craving a whopper so i go down the street wait 10 minutes at the drive thru and no one said nothing. Then i drive around and there is someone at the window and someone waiting for their food. I drive around again and finally i'm like hello....and he asks what i want. When i got to the window i see that he puts his headset down and i'm like oh i see why i was waiting 10 minutes and the. had to drive around again...mind your another car did the same. Then the guy behind me got his food first!!! i was puzzled ...all i got was whopper meal with 4 chicken nuggets and i asked for the cheese to be melted but other than that...i was highly disappointed that i spent $11 and waiting over 20 minutes for a burger...the guy at the window wasn't friendly but wasn't rude either. I just blame how that BK is running.... idk never going back

Food was ok but we asked for american chicken sandwich's! They put the chicken Pattie's on whopper buns! We originally wanted original chicken sandwich meals for the special showing on the menu board 2 for $12! Was told they dont sell that special any longer! On the app that special is 2 for $10 so it was nothing but a bunch of bull crap! Then can't even tell us they don't have the buns! We would have just left and gone somewhere else!

There was a line at the drive thru, and when I got to the window, I git my bag and I asked for onion rings and I was given 2 fries.

I typically hate this location, haven't been there in years BUT I went 2.15 @ around 6pm, the order taker / cashier was very nice, helped me out when asking questions. she had A GREAT attitude. -- food was really good.!!

Been here several times and it provides just average BK food. Issues from being out of nugget sauces and cold fries keep me from coming all of the time. I recently ordered the new Big King XL which is like a big mac. I did not get a lot of the special sauce, but that appears to be similar. The difference is the meat. 2 quarter lb patties instead of the middle bread. Very tasty and filling. I did order onion rings lately, and I must have forgotten how bad they were. Minced onion in a flour breading concoction and then breaded and fried like an onion ring. I thought it was more of a hushpuppy texture. I also ordered the side salad ($1.79), but it was very small. They do use Ken's dressings, but the salad had the bagged taste. I have also ordered the fish sandwich and it was adequate as well as the 10 nuggets (currently a buck). Just wish this location was better in consistency.

I reviewed the wrong BK. I haven't been to this place in a long time but I'm sure it's better than the BK on Barker and Queenston
