Costumer device was bad.They won't even greet you and the AC was so cold and they didn't even bother turning it up! They won't even look at you or say "Your welcome "! They food was "ehh" and I just wish they could do better. But a warning do not try out this place.

Waited in one drive thru speaker while the other one juts kept churning cars out. Almost 6 cars got ahead of me even though I was before them. No one and I mean no one gives a damn about work anymore. Fuc this place

The food is normal McDonalds foods but dannnng the service is ridiculous. We were here for 20 minutes and they had two refunds, three wrong/missing items orders, and the food came out cold. Ours was missing the large fry... unreal. This location really needs the training team to come in. The place was clean, so our table was nice to eat at.

I have mobility issues and put in a mobile order. I parked close to the door as it is hard to walk. I do not have a handicap sticker but even if I did it would not help. After I parked I got out of my car and was halfway to the door and an employee asked me to move as the McDonalds truck needed to park to unload. The truck took up all the spots next to the building so even if I had a handicap sticker I would not have been able to park there.

Worst location is cypress. They took my money AFTER they closed down to orders. BS excuse as to me getting a refund this was a meal for my 3yr old!

47 minutes for an online order in placed..... It was a large fry and a hi-c orange no ice. On a SUNDAY! Seriously worst location. And I've been to some bad ones. And it's dirty in here.

I don't usually review McDonalds because its usually fast in most locations. But this location is really the worst to think its surrounded by very decent neighborhood . Then I saw the reviews - almost same sentiments . MANAGEMENT ... READ THESE REVIEWS. They never gave me the condiments that I ask especially the sauces for our nuggets. Then time again, they ask us to pull to parking lot after a drive thru order and NEVER brought our food out... 2/3 times, I have to walk inside and they never apologize for the delay, in fact the staff is even rude. i just don't want to cause a scene so I just take my order and go .... C'MON LISTEN to these reviews or get new management
