It has been a while since I have ordered pizza from this location. Something has changed because the food has improved from last year. I was greeted by a shift manager and he was very attentive and smiling.

This store is a hard pass, dirty and dank! The workers are true Gems as well! So here's my experience so it's not to only give an appearance view.. It's simple, placed an order at this store because it was in the path of my drive home. Arrived home with a pizza that was incorrect..it happens, called to have it corrected only to be told I'd need to drive their mistake back to them,...ummmm...K! My request was to have them correct the order and deliver and retrieve their mistake. That's fair I thought, NOPE! Jasmine, true gem she is! told me they wouldn't do that..okay..have your manager call me to fix this error. I was called directly back and told they would deliver it after all..I told her NO, I no longer was going to trust them and I didn't care for her attitude anyhow. I wasn't wrong but was treated as though I was..I should have canceled when I walked in..ugh..it's yuck!

This place is the WORST! We just ordered a NY Style pizza, 2 melts and Pepsi. The melts were so burnt they were black. When we tried calling to get new ones or a return or something you can't even call the store. It goes through all kinds of connections and then disconnects. DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE! It's disgusting!

I ordered online and half my order was delivered after asking the driver and going through the receipt asking if everything was all there. He stated all was there. I called the store and they stated driver was going back out right away. An hour later, he showed up with the rest of the order. I keep getting shorted on orders by this store all the time. I won't be ordering anymore. They charged me TWICE for this order. It has to be the worst managed store around.

Updated review and haven't been back in over 5 months. Was ignored the last time and waited over 10 minutes. Everyone who came in after me was serviced before I was. Breadsticks taste like they were reheated in a microwave.

I have lived in Lakewood Forest for a long, long time and have ordered literally hundreds of pizzas from this Pizza Hut over the years. The pizzas (close to $50.) were the worst we have ever experienced from any pizza company. The topics were sparse, the dough was rubbery, there was hardly any cheese or sauce, etc. We even tried to heat it up the next day, thinking maybe the reheating would make it edible. Bottom line, we ending up thrown much of both pizzas away. We were incredibly disappointed and will probably not order from Pizza Hut for a long time. (Stuffed crust sausage pizza and thin crust veggie lovers with pepperoni). We have had these pizzas before with no trouble. There was something horribly off Friday night.

Ordered a large thin crust pepperoni and mushrooms pizza, was delivered pretty quick. Had guests over for the evening, few of us got a slice of pizza and we all commented how it was tasteless, so l cut some of the cardboard box the pizza came in and chewed on that and said it tasted better than the pizza.

Back to normal at this Pizza Hut I guess. We've had wrong orders, 2 hour orders, rude staff and a lose of $40+ on an order that was never received and never refunded. We have it a few years to see if it would get better. No such luck. Ordered 2 pizzas and cheese bread today. Opened the pizza to find that one of them is 25% crust. Sigh. Sucks because we like Pizza Hut and this is the only one that delivers to us. Ridiculous and not worth it with about 50 pizza olaces around Cypress UPDATE: Took 5 days for a response and received what is essentially a form email (see photo). Attitude and performance reflects leadership.

Horrible customer service at this Pizza Hut location. Beware of the double cc charges, only to be told by the store manager that one must be a fraud charge, to deal with the bank, and hang up the phone with a rude attitude. I ordered a pizza online and they legitimately charged my card twice.

I ordered a pizza here on December 6, at 10pm. I must say that the friendless of the staff was outstanding! As well as the pizza coming out perfectly cooked! Will definitely order from here again.
