I've been to this grill several times and I was absolutely amazed with their burger. Their burgers are perfect, cooked to order whether you like it well done or medium, or whatever you like. They come out hot and juicy and I always have to get an extra plate to eat it with knife and fork. Otherwise I make a huge mess. Their fries and onion rings are Frigg'n deliciously awesome. I don't drink alcohol very often but they have a huge selection of whatever you like. You are seated where you want when it's low traffic, but I'm guessing when they are hopping you'll get whatever they can provide. Everyone that works here are very friendly and make you feel at home. I have to admit I've gone back a couple times for one particular waitress's smile and charm. The grill is cozy and also has seating outside . I believe they have live music on certain nights. Overall I really enjoy going there. You should give them a try if you're nearby.

Burgers are so good! And they are local which is always a plus. Menus is diverse and has an options for everyone. Nice draft beer selection as well!

OMG! If you like - or love - bread pudding, run to R&R! Had it last night after an amazing chicken dinner there, and it was indescribably insanely delicious! I've never had anything so good. It was warm and oozing with richness and rum! Yum! So sorry I didn't snap a picture. I think that's my new favorite dessert. Can't stop thinking about it.

A comedy of errors that I am assured is not the norm. I decided to start with a frozen margarita flight. That's pretty rare for this bourbon lover. And...the machine is still freezing so it's water. Tasted when they were melted milkshake consistency & all 4 flavors were sugar bombs. The replacement shaken unflavored margarita was tasty if low alcohol. Thank goodness we ordered the SMALL onion rings - because the large would feed a family of 5! Inconsistencies in seasoning was frustrating but the "chicken fried " texture was really good. Burgers. It's a bad sign when medium well & medium rare come out the same. Cold bacon to boot. Ice cold. The "remake " was better but lacking ANY seasoning. Get the fries extra crispy! The normal fries were rather flaccid. Service was good but this many mistakes when the restaurant was 90% empty is not great. Nothing but apologies. In the end the food was good, but the mistakes make you wonder...

Cypress has become one of my favorite destinations for food explorations and the myriad of comfort food options certainly includes R&R, which might one of the area's better burger spots. They have the right mix of quality customer service, an inviting ambiance, an extensive selection of drinks, and a nice diverse range of mouthwatering burger choices. Whether it's for a date or a casual meal, there is plenty of seating for both indoor and outdoor. With a big bar in the front, and spacious seating good enough for groups, families, and everything in between. The bathrooms are also clean and the parking is plentiful. The burgers come as advertised: juicy patties, a nice selection of toppings, and hefty enough to satisfy the hungriest of folks. I appreciate the crispy fries and onion rings, along with a any of their extensive beers on tap. They are obviously more than just a burger joint, serving ribeye steaks, boudin balls, and a limited selection of seafood. I've been happy with the service and appreciate the fact they have accommodated my large groups during every experience. Prices are pretty standard and the wait time is not significant enough to notice. Whether it's a weekday or a weekend, there's never a bad time to be had at a place like R&R.

This was our first stop in after a few years. The atmosphere is welcoming. Our server was very dry. No engagement or suggestions. Our tables drink choices were Cypress Mule, frozen margaritas, and draft beer. Our dinner choices were the chili, Monterey tacos, the boudin poboy, and the loaded potato soup. The tacos were great. The chicken was seasoned perfectly. The loaded potato soup was perfect. We ordered the poboy w the sweet potato fries and they were tasty. Definitely give them a try. We will be back to try a burger soon.

We ordered dinner on Friday night: two cheeseburgers , chili and some meatballs. French fries are decent, not hot, but not cold. Onion rings were breaded with something so hard that they were difficult to eat would not order again. $16 for FOUR golf ball sized meatballs? Sauce was Heinz 57. Will not order again as the menu does not specify the weight of the burgers, the # of the meatballs or the quantity of the chili. I felt it was a dicey menu but ordered anyway at the request of my husband No I did not call. I was trying to recover dinner. DoorDash delivered and left on porch without texting me. Chili: not hot, granular beef, clearly not a BOWL. Cheeseburgers were dry and MAYBE a third of a pound. Husband couldn't finish it as it was so dry. The coleslaw was 2 tablespoons of Kroger coleslaw at Best. If I choose not to get fries, I would expect at least get a decent serving of homemade coleslaw. This was not a decent product, and there was not a full serving there. So for $100, we got two terrible cheeseburgers, not even a full serving of chili, and meatballs that were not even worth half the price. We try to buy local. We try to shop local. But when you're being served mediocre food by the people you are trying to support? Not good.

Onion rings are great! Light breading. Servers are very happy and energetic making for a great experience. I had a green beer and we split a build your own burger. This place just feels right. Definitely coming back!

We have been several times and unfortunately it seems that they are becoming like Subway- there was such a skimpy portion of meat/cheese on our Philly sandwiches that if I had eaten it with the bread you wouldn't have been able to tell there was anything between the roll. I had this issue when I ordered the Cubano, but I had never had one before and was told that sometimes those sandwiches are very thin. When my husband mentioned that the sandwiches seemed to have less in them than previous visits (where we ordered the same thing) she said it was because of the cooks in the back and Monday was the head chefs day off. So....do we need to know the staff schedule to know whether or not to visit on certain days? The burger that was ordered was decent, but $18 for a bacon cheeseburger it should be a decent size. I also noticed that the bartender couldn't be bothered to look up from her phone to acknowledge and welcome people in and one lady had to go down and flag someone down to get help after standing at the front for several minutes. Maybe just an off day, but for the price of lunch you wouldn't hope for something better.

Ordered the BYOB burger and fries. Very good burger with fresh veggies. The fresh jalapeños were the perfect addition. A great place to dine in or out.
