Just sounded good , was close, and had good reviews.... So off I went It's a smallish place, dry nice inside/ clean and modern. I was greeted very warmly by the counter person - she was super helpful and kind I made a choice -and the food was brought out very quickly-piping hot and looking soooo good As I tucked into my meal , I mentioned to her what a nice and well run business this seemed. She replied ," that'd because we have a very hands on owner who cares - that was him carrying those 10 lunches out when you came in " Looked like a huge order-and I was impressed he was; 1- working on a Sunday And 2- carrying a ton of food with a smile on his face !!! Well my dish was sooo yummy and fresh and thankfully NOT overcooked Perfection!!! I'm here on vacation - but I hope I can come once more in the 2 days I have left - it was THAT yummy! You won't be sorry you tried this hidden gem

I really wanted some fried rice, so we decided to try this restaurant and didn't expect it to be what it was. The ambiance of the restaurant was fitting and the manager was awesome. He caught us at the door and invited us in, the food lives up to its expectation. The teriyaki chicken bowl was amazing and my wife had the salmon teriyaki which she said was really good. We didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes for our food, definitely would suggest giving this great place a try.

I have never been here before and was excited to try it out. I let the cashier know that it was my first time. I ordered the spicy tofu with rice. I like spice, but this was INSANELY spicy! First bite, nose running eyes watering. I added more regular sauce that was on the table in hopes of toning Down the spice but it did not help. I tried a second bite, and felt my tongue on fire. I walked up to the counter with my full bowl, and said "I am so sorry, this is too spicy for me! Is there any way I can order this without the spice?" Cashier literally LAUGHED and shook his head no. And said "No, we don't do that." I said, what? I barely had 2 bites. I can't stomach this. There's no way to remake it? He laughed AGAIN and said "nah." So I said okay, then I need a refund because I literally can't eat this. He said "we don't do that here." So I asked to speak to a manager, and I can hear the convo. The manager says "why can't we just remake it?" BECAUSE YOUR 19 year old cashier thought to decide for himself, on top of being rude to the customer! They remade it. I was in shock at the customer service. THATS how you treat customers? I told you it was my first time. I had NO idea how HOT the sauce was. I was polite, and apologized for not knowing. Again it was my first time. I've been a bartender, server, and bar manager since 2007, and I've never experienced or witnessed such poor customer service. Will not return.

This place and their customer service is always amazing. The food is always so fresh! I get a JR bowl and it's perfect. I'm def a regular, you have different options for your protein, next time i come i plan on getting the salmon bowl Place is always always clean and not so crowded the rice Krispie treat is bomb I did try the salmon bowl and it was okay just no flavor in the salmon but it was still fresh and yummy

I just received my order about an hour ago, which included the LARGE Teriyaki Chicken and Vegetables, along with an order of Crab Rangoon. Pros: The vegetables were plentiful, well-seasoned, and tender. Cons: The dish was almost entirely vegetables, with a very small portion of chicken considering the large size I ordered. The chicken was extremely dry, which makes me think it came from the bottom of the batch (giving them the benefit of the doubt). The Crab Rangoon was far from fresh; it was dry, burnt, and overall disappointing. Essentially, I paid to eat mixed vegetables. While the concept of this restaurant shows promise, there is a definite need for better quality control and attention to how the food is presented. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from here again.

I have been to this place a handful of times and the food just keeps getting better. As I stated before I thought the broccoli was raw from pictures but it was perfectly cooked it's my favorite lol. I get the teriyaki chicken white rice with broccoli. Don't forget to use the app for points and rewards. I'm pretty sure I met the owner he was outside right when I pulled up with a smile on my face. Very good employees and customer service. Love this place I will gladly be back. Also theirs enough meat in the bowl literally fills up the half part of the bowl theirs a lot of price about a cup and a half and a cup of broccoli.

I love coming here when i'm not sure what to eat for lunch. It's always so fulfilling and has everything you need in a meal. A carb, protein, vegetable, you can even add a fat which is optional. The service is always kind and welcoming as well. I always order the spicy teriyaki chicken with fried rice and vegetables and it always fulfills me.

First thing you notice is the friendliness of the staff. They are willing to do everything to make your visit delicious. The dining is small, but very well laid out. Even when full, it doesn't feel crowded or too loud. The variety of options on the menu is amazing. There are so many ways to make a healthy and delicious fast food experience.
