You have 10 people working there and you order two 8 pc garlic parmesan and one chicken sandwich and they shorted me one order of fries, both orders no flavor and no pickles. This place has no attention to details as three employees BS at the cashier machine. I love my Wingstop...but this takes the cake. I asked the very tall, a little feminine seams like if my order was complete with Ranch dressing and he said absolutely. Thirty five dollars and i get shorted. First time at this location and last. When you hire hoddle' ems with no customer service...very piss poor ran.

I ordered 60 wings for delivery and only received 40. When I called the store I was told they could only issue me a credit for Wingstop. I explained that I paid money for my order and would like money returned for the items I did not get. No one likes being charged for something they didn't get. I was told I would need to call Uber, even though I placed my order directly through Wingstop. I called Uber, who of course had no record of my order. When I called the store back, the manager told me that I would have to bring all the food back because they could only refund me for my entire order. I cannot leave my house which is why I ordered delivery. What a scam.

07/12/2025 Rude manager, but the front lady was super nice, engaged in conversation. They got my order completely wrong and when I went back to get my CORRECT order, THE MANAGER HAD THE AUDACITY TO BE RUDE, AND THROW ATTITUDE FOR NO REASON. So I would definitely change the manager staff around. Other than that the workers there were nice, and attentive when they realized I had gotten the wrong order.

The food is okay but, Madison that worked the counter on 2/10/24, is a candidate for why am I working here! I walked up to the counter, and she said are you picking up or placing an order? I said, placing an order. The natural response at the counter would be what can I get you, or are you ready to order. But, she had her arms crossed like she could care less that a paying customer was standing in front of her...furthermore looking in the other direction. I live nearby but going to Hwy. 6 location next time.

Yes, although we haven't got the food yet it's off to a rough start. The employee taking my families order was quite rude and disrespectful. Which is such a shame, because despite the service run ins it is a very clean and well run establishment.

You really can't go wrong here. You want wings, you got wings. There is no disappointment here. They are always good and they continue to bring new flavors and my kids love the chicken sandwich! If this place was a sports bar comparable to BWW...forget about id.

Food is excellent and very consistent. I have eaten at this location many times and I always get exactly what I expect. Service is prompt and polite. Dining area is comfortable and always clean. Now this is my goto wing restaurant .

We tried their new chicken sandwiches, which were great, unfortunately they same cannot be said about their fries. The fries were a little soggy and had a burnt taste. We'll be back for the chicken, just not the fries.
