We order from this Wingstop all the time and have stuck beside them through the initial growing pains and numerous staffing changes. Although the wings we ordered today were piping hot and fresh and the service was good, this review is largely attributed to the fries we received, as they were not the traditional fresh cut fries we have come to expect from Wingstop. These definitely didn't seem fresh, in fact they almost tasted like frozen fries. Hopefully, this was a fluke and they will return to the delicious fries that we have come to love!

Today it was free wings day. I ordered the freewings promo & was unaware that it required a combo to get the deal. I ended up placing two different orders. At fault of my own, I messed up both times! I explained to the manager before the wings were made that I meant to order boneless, not the bone in combo. She let the cooks know, but the order still came out as bone-in. I was alittle annoyed that happened that as I tried to correct it beforehand. I let it go, and didn't say anything. The manager came up to me and asked whether the wings came out okay. I told her that they didn't, but that was okay because it was my fault to begin with. She insisited making me new ones, even though it was peak hour, I declined. As I was leaving, she handed me a boneless combo for free!!! I was very happy & want to shout the manager out that was working the evening shift today 7/29. I appreciate the great service!! :)

I was craving wings and remembered that I used to like to go to Wing Stop before the pandemic. My boyfriend said that there was a fairly new one located near his house, so we headed that way. When we arrived the girl at the counter already had an attitude, and was very lacking in customer service. She kept saying huh every time we'd say something. After finally being able to order we filled our drinks then sat down at a table. We asked to eat there, but when it was ready it was bagged up as a to go order. That's kind of frustrating, but I overlooked that. I'm sure she wanted us to leave and not eat there, but we had already planned on eating there, that's why we told her it was for here and not to go. I ordered bone in wings, all flats with 4 with lemon pepper and 4 with regular Buffalo. I also got an order of fries with my order. My boyfriend ordered chicken tenders, lemon pepper and he also got fries. He started unpacking the bag and noticed that his order wasn't in the bag. He went to the front and told the rude counter person that his order wasn't in the bag. She then walked over to the table and demanded to know everything that we got and wanted to look into the bag that had already been emptied. At that time I told her that we weren't trying to steal chicken, and that it was very rude for her to come over to us like that. She just walked away then came back with my boyfriends order. Didn't say anything, just walked away. It had been a very long time since I've experienced customer service that bad. My wings were decent, but the fries were awful. They tasted like they had been sitting out all night long. My boyfriends fries were the same. My Celery was dirty and I had to wipe it off to get the dirt off of it. The ranch wasn't as good as it used to be. It was pretty much a bad experience. I'm grateful that at least my wings were decent, because nothing else was. If you want good wings and service that isn't just down right rude... I recommend going elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars I would. This location is trash. I waited for over an hour for my food with no help at all. The employee that initially helped me went to go get the manager, I heard him say "well did she get her food?" The employee said yes but she waited an hour for it. Manger, Nathan, responded "then why does she want to talk to me??". He then offered me a brownie and said he couldn't do anything else. Nathan is incompetent and not qualified at all. He said he has new staff and they need time to get "good". Just do yourself a favor and go eat somewhere else.

Incompetent people work here. Ordered a 10 piece half bone in half bone out. I got all bone in. Also While I was picking up my meal I went to get my drink and the machine was out of Ice. I told one of the guys working there, and he acknowledged what I said, then started mopping the floor. I'm like WTH! Then a customer comes in and he starts helping him, while I'm still just standing at the soda machine. The guy never offers to get me some ice.

This place is a joke. Called in my order at 6:14pm was told it would be 18 minutes. Arrived at 6:40, paid for my food and it wasn't ready. She never put in my order that I had called in ahead of time. Asked for my food at 7:12 and they hadn't started. Asked for a refund and that took almost 30 minutes because no competent adult works there. They had to call someone on the phone and I had to ask for cash instead of a card refund because they couldn't figure it out. And had my 8 month old with me during this shit show.

I hadn't seen this Spanish lady before and I have been going twice a week, she licked her fingers and touched her hair! She was rude and ignored me, my wings were raw! This location will get you sick! She told me she didn't speak English and walked away! This location needs to be addressed heavily!
