Long lines drew me to this place, but the food will keep me away. I ordered a large Philly cheesesteak, which comes with thin slices of beef, with melted provolone cheese, onions, peppers, a thin slice of pickle, lettuce and tomatoes. The Good: They actually pack the sandwich up with meat and toppings. Unfortunately, this is really where the good ended. The Bad: The meat was pretty dry. It was sliced super thin so I think the chef of this cheesesteak just over cooked the beef. The beef also did not have any flavor to it whatsoever. Thank goodness for the cheese because that is the only flavor I tasted. For $11.99, I'd say don't waste your time, money and calories.

This spot is inside the food court at the mall. I haven't eaten many Philly cheesesteaks...but I doubt this is the best in the world. Everything was pretty good, I have no complaints besides it being stupid hot inside the food court. Got a large Philly and a regular Philly, a regular fry and a large fry, and 2 Lemonades which added up to like $39 if I remember correctly. Fries were good but had no salt, the sandwich came with lettuce and tomatoes which isn't bad but I didn't know they came that way. Just order your food and go pick it up on the side. Overall it was a good Philly cheesesteak, I enjoyed it I just don't know where they come up with the best in the world. I would recommend to go give them a shot

Are the employees working hard... or Charley working? Located in the Sugarland Mall on the inside (in the actual food court area) you will find this pretty average sandwich place, which is of course a chain found in a lot of malls around the country. As far as food goes it could get a 4 star rating for offering more hefty meals than most items in this scantily equipped food area, and it's not even wildly overpriced. But the standard of the food is more like a 2 and service is roughly around 3, so overall I think three is the right thing to give it. It's not the worst thing you'll ever eat, but if you had real sandwiches and good sandwiches, you wouldn't really want anything from here to be on it. But I'll tell you what. It's better than Subway.
