Can we please talk about how AWESOME it is to have a mobile drive-thru separate from the regular drive-thru?!!! EVERY Chick Fil-A location should be like this!!! Food is always delicious. I went through drive through and the service was quick! Location is nearby Town Square and lots of other restaurants. Very organized drive-thru route. Note to self: Order mobile next time. It's like the Fast Pass at Disney World. You go all the way to the front of the line! Service is still quick regardless but it's a nifty option! I will return!

I rarely leave reviews, but the level of poor customer service at this Chick-fil-A location deserves to be addressed. An employee named Jemaiah went out of her way to deliver one of the most unprofessional, rude, and dismissive experiences I've ever had at a Chick-fil-A. Rather than resolving a simple issue, her behavior made it clear she was more interested in escalating the situation than helping. AND escalate she did! She did everything possible to ruin my day, but after realizing her foul attitude was not worth my energy, I decided to move on and share this experience so others are aware. This location does not reflect the standard of service Chick-fil-A is known for, and I recommend skipping it entirely to avoid the same treatment.

I really enjoy CFA food so my complaint is not about the quality of the food. It's that every single time we pick up there are items missing. Every time. Sauces and dressing, yes, but main course items and sides as well. Most of the time we check before leaving, but it isn't always practical to take everything out of the bag in the car. But it never fails that something is missing. Is there really no way to fix this?

The drive-through is a complete joke. Several times I have seen my drink order through the window and waited. The people inside seem to be having a great time Together, But they are not delivering the orders to the cars in a timely manner.

Almost 9 months later and I decided a few weeks ago to see if improvements have happened. Nope. I was feeling shaky from not eating so I ordered ahead on the app a large fry but I simply forgot to add my dipping sauce to the order which isn't a big deal I will simply tell the worker when they hand my food that I would like ranch. Wait wasn't long this time. It's probably due to people actually giving up on this location. I got my fries pretty quick and asked the worker for ranch and he said yes and walked back. I waited a minute to see if he would return but decided to pull up as other customers were pulling in behind me. I drove right up to the open area where the employees walk out at. A whole group of teens were just standing around chatting. They even made eye contact with me and continued to chat intill the worker who handed me my fries looked up and said "oh crap, I forgot your ranch" and handed me just one cup. I didn't even have the energy to argue. I took my cup in defeat and drove off knowing this operator is letting the teenagers have their way with this place.

Food is delicious but the wait time for the drive thru is insane. Every single time I'm here and use the drive thru it takes at least 30 minutes to get my food. Today I ordered one item and the wait was so long that the car in front of me just parked their car. I do not understand why it take so long for food to come out for a fast food place. Thankfully the staff here are nice.

Terrible drive thru. Mobile orders take longer bc it's further out. They serve regular drive thru orders first. Better to just order at the store than ahead. It's actually slower to order ahead. Employees here aren't as friendly as the ones at Greatwood.

I am highly disappointed with this location I just got out of the doctor for test so I was hungry stopped there at this location ask for a cob salad no corn because I'm allergic to corn and spicy chicken instead of the other regular chicken I get home luckily I didn't chew what I had just put into my mouth cause I looked down and there was corn I spit it out rinse my mouth if I had eaten that I would've been in the hospital seems they don't pay attention to orders and I had the spicy chicken and a little bag instead of cut up in my salad and they added the regular chicken also , I called immediately because I live a distance from there 30 times no one answered straight to voicemail said Voice Mail was full I called customer service it's been a few days and no one called, seems to me the owner doesn't take this serious it's very important that all food services pay attention of customers having allergies to certain things and if they tell them not to put a certain thing on their food it can cause them to be hospitalize or worse they need to pick up their phones and clean their Voice Mail and they need their employees to pay more attention to orders and the owner should care enough to keep up with all that I won't be going back there again back in the days it was excellent service everything's changed now that's sad
