Ben going to this locations since it opened- Sad to say today was first sub par experience. Was first in line when we walked in....no greeting just standing waiting for service- almost 5 mins. No ice- Soft drinks out, tea running out. Staff was nice but just not friendly, like I'm used to seeing. Pizza came out doughy. Tables were not cleared or cleaned off. We wiped ours and cleared it to sit. I'm not writing this to bash these guys, but I hope they step it back up. Maybe management or ownership will see and correct the ship! Hopeful

We wen't to Mod pizza last night, they were very busy which is a good sign. Service was good, and of course the pizza was delicious as always. But the thing I really wanna talk about...Why yall do me like this I'm very much NOT upset, this was hilarious to open. Me and my husband got a good laugh. It is very funny however, could we possibly work on the slices...and topping distribution? all love

So my son was at movies and de died to get us a pizza. He did an online order. When he got home I opened the box and was shocked! The pizza looked old, disgusting, not made with care. I was livid this is not ok, who would actually box this up and give to a paying customer. I did not have time to go back to MOD location unfortunately! This is the 1st time I've experienced this as I normally order and dine at location. Lesson learned still doesn't make it right. Cheese has large bubbles, lacks cheese just horrible.

I know this mod is relatively new, but it definitely needs training for its employees who also seem to be new. The set up and build is a little weird when I walked in. It's not a natural flow so you don't know where the beginning and the end is. I ordered a regular mod with specific toppings. I asked for the pizza to be not just crispy but burned. It was not it was just crispy. I ordered a Coke zero. I believe the manager did not know how to work the soda machine both the Diet Coke and Coke zero taste like syrup with no carbonation. When I told her it wasn't working, she said she had just fixed it, but it still wasn't working. I went to get a Coke zero in a bottle and the cashier was actually going to charge me for it when I had to tell her you already charged me for a drink and the machine isn't working. The manager came out and said don't charge her. I got all the way home, and I taste of my pizza to realize that I was given a cauliflower crust which I did not ask for. Also, the pizza was not burned. It was just crisp. This location needs to train its employees how to properly place the pizza in certain areas of the oven to cook it in the middle and not just the edges. I don't plan on visiting this mod location again.

Happy to have a MOD branch near us now. I always stop by for to go on weeknights after work. This is probably a one year old branch but it seems they haven't really gotten their groove on still. Giving 3 stars because pizzas are not very consistent. Really depends on the time of the day you come in and the person making your pizza. Sometimes they're stingy with the toppings and at times its overkill. But staff are overall friendly so thats good. There's always room for improvement.

First time at mod the customer service was good. I like the set up choosing the toppings &freshly cooked in the oven . The taste was pretty average

The young man that took out orde was rude. We ordered 4 pizza and 1 salad. He told us in a rude voice and way the the pizza and Salas are NOT unlimited toppings, and he'd have to charge us EXTRA for more toppings on the pizza. When he delivered the salad I almost dropped it the way he handed it to me. No one offered to help me take 4 pizza to our table, the manager or incharge person just stared at me with a glare. I saw them scrape toppings back into the bucket to save for next pizza. The only positive thing I can say is when a customer dropped their salad they were hesitant to remake it. Don't come here go somewhere else..

Never had a bad experience with any mod until now. Totally ignored and very rude staff. They did not care about what we wanted to order, offered no suggestions, and the food was trash. And did not even cut the pizzas. Do not recommend at all

Workers are rude, racist and the store was dirty. Not only that but they have no manners and the food was thrown around in the box sloppily Workers act frustrated that they have to do their job. When you pick up your pizza they just angrily point at the pickup and talk shit "Diversity is our strength" = horrible service and hostile workers

I've been to several MOD Pizza's and this is my first visit to this one. It was by far the best pizza made exactly to order I've had! Perfectly cooked as sometimes they can be over or under cooked. Great service and I will be coming back.
