Why don't people like this place? I've only had good experiences dining in and in the drive thru. Eating there in person, what I liked was that the clientele was diverse. Like everyone was there. Rich uppity people with kids. Poor folks on a break. I don't get to see that kinda mix of people in my daily life, so it was nice to see while dining in. The place was clean and they staff kept up with the pace. Drive thru gets crazy busy by noon, but they seemed to move the line really fast and efficiently. As for the food. If you know, you know. I like the spicy chicken, the tenders, the chicken sandwich which has seriously been improved since they first attempted a knock off chick fil a sandwich. The mashed potatoes. The biscuits. Like who doesn't like popeyes? You know who doesn't like popeyes? Vegans and people who hate spice. For a Popeyes, this is a nice place. If you like Popeyes. Come here. If you hate spices and meat, well you probably would never have gone here to begin with.

Ordered at the self service. Food was taking quite longer than expected. I came in when the store wasnt busy. There were 4-5 employees in the kitchen area. The dinning was filthy and emptied. Only me was the dine in customer. Do not dine in. Just order drive thru and go.

This one of the worst and nastiest Popeyes! I watch the Hispanic female pick up container with Rice and scrap the sides to get the remaining. Then all fries that fell on the counter top she use her hands and push them back in the fries bend. No gloves. News flash the rice is not freshly made she puts a full container of rice. In the microwave, scoop out one scoop. Go back 3 times and restart the timing again on the microwave over cooking rice, making it dry and hard. I think it's time me to let all Popeyes go. Now 14570 Cesar is awesome and very professional.

This location used to be good, but has gone way down in service and quality recently. The menu says that all combos come with a biscuit, but I was then informed that my sandwich combo doesn't come with a biscuit. When I asked why not, they just told me that "the menu is now incorrect". I was a bit confused why they left on incorrect menu on the screen? Also, I didn't receive a straw for my drink. Hoping my next experience will be better...

Served old chicken that was dry and hard. Called to let management know and no one picked up the phone and when a manger did come to phone I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes while completing this review. I explained that I was in the neighborhood and figured I would pick up dinner and do not live in the area. I could not come back and not sure when I would be in the area. Maria just kept saying come back now or tomorrow. So I repeated my situation. It's like she didn't understand and have not come back to the phone. I know I will never spend money there again and suggest others make sure to check your food before you drive off. So disappointing!!!

Service in the drive thru was terrible tonight as Robert working the drive thru was having a 15 minute conversation with someone in a BMW who didn't like the prices and was blocking the drive thru and slowing the ordering process. Chicken sandwich was too salty.

I don't like fast food and I certainly don't get involved in fast food wars, but seeing all of the ridiculous reviews saying that the bland type of Republican crap served at Chick-fil-A is better than this is ridiculous. In some ways it becomes something of a race war because this is Louisiana Soul Food Cajun Style and uses real hot sauce and real flavours, and Chick-fil-A is just literally spiceless and flavourless. It's also more expensive and more obnoxious politically. But this particular location does have a few things missing and some of the service and especially some of the chicken, is not up to scratch.

Mrs and I have been eating fried chickens from Popeyes for over 40 years. We had tried other fast food fried chicken shacks in Houston and other parts of the USA, Popeyes is second best in our opinion. The chicken pieces at this location were big and fried perfectly. The biscuit was moist, soft, buttery, and melt in your mouth. The Cajun fries were forgettable. We should had gone with red beans and rice instead. The chicken sandwich was really good, the best in the fast food world. Counter service was friendly and quick. Prices were reasonable. We received a sheet of coupons with our meal, definitely will use.

By far the worst location in greater houston area. Lied about company changing drink sizes saying "small" was the new medium. Food never fresh, drive the extra 10-15 minutes to a different location to get better service and food.
