Dining at Russo’s was a 10/10 experience, from great food to great staff, they have it all. I love this restaurant it is my favorite in the Richmond area, if you’re considering coming to eat here, I highly recommend.

I recently visited your [5530 West Grand Parkway South, Ste 200, katy, TX
77406] (Russo’s Pizza) to order a large pizza, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Unlike previous visits to other locations where I enjoyed flavorful and high-quality pizza, this time, the pizza lacked any taste.

Additionally, the customer service I encountered was subpar. The front staff seemed unprofessional, not taking the time to listen to my concerns. I wanted to address the issue with the pizza, but overhearing the employee complain about customers who return food or request refunds discouraged me from doing so.

Your pizzas are usually fantastic, which is why this experience was surprising and unfortunate. I hope this feedback can help improve the quality and service at this specific location, as I believe this does not reflect the high standards typically associated with your brand.

Brought my two sons to grab some Pizza while Mom was getting her nails done. Food and service were great. Experience was positive until my son asked if Blippi was on the TV... sadly it was a drag show. Please have something appropriate for all audiences on the TV.

Christmas Eve and it’s 9:20 pm. My son and I are hungry driving around to see who is open. Heading to ihop in Bella Terra and we see the open sign on at Russos. So we’re thinking ok, beer and pizza.  We open the door and the girl behind the counter states that they are closed. So we both kindly walk back out the door and get in the truck.
The girl then comes out the door and lets us know if we’re just getting pizza then she would gladly wait on us. We ordered pizzas and had a beer and she was so kind to us. Not only was she so kind to us. But that pizza was incredibly delicious. We thanked her, wished her a merry Christmas and tipped her very well. And she said her name was Daniella. This is certainly an experience that I will NEVER forget. Thank you Daniella.
