Deceptive Trade Practices. This service showed us a Party Bus during our visit to the Head Quarters, but during the event showed up in an uncleaned, with holes in the seat, no proper ventilation and failure to meet and fulfill the contract. Did not provide the unlimited drinks in the contract.

Do not ever use ACE Limousine in Houston! Our bus broke down during the most critical part of our prom evening. I wanted some money back, and the owner basically said that it was my impatience that caused our group to get split up. He said the bus was only broken down for 20 minutes which in fact it was broken down for 45 minutes. We had to get our kids off of school property so multiple parents had to drive to pick them up. He told me that I shouldn't rent a bus if I can't afford it. He said it was my "American ways" that makes me want to get something without paying for it. Total jerk!!!

If I could give a 0 rating I would. The negligence and disgusting service the wedding party received is why I would never recommend this company to a soul. A wedding is a supposed to be one of the most memorable moments, this one ended in blood and a trip to the ER and for this company to NOT take any responsibility for the bullshit driving and the now medical bills that will be received is unacceptable. The cherry on top is when contact was made to the company they dismissed and proceeded to call the situation false and hung up. Who does that?! Please be aware, we want to get the word out there that this company should not be in the business of driving ANYONE.

Do not ever use ACE Limousine in Houston! On our way home from the airport, the driver did not double check to make sure the back door was closed. A driver next to us was trying to get our attention frantically to let us know that our suitcase had fallen out of the Limo and all the contents were scattered across the freeway and all belongings were run over and completely ruined. The driver did nothing to help to try to retrieve the contents at all and did not even apologize. When I tried to contact the owner, Andy Green, he basically said too bad and would not reimburse us for any of the ruined contents or the replacement of our suitcase. Terrible owner to deal with. He is very inconsiderate. DO NOT USE THIS LIMO COMPANY!

Our driver was Donald. We left The church wedding ceremony to head towards the venue in the bus and the driver pushes on his breaks hard that we all flew out of our seats. It felt like we had collided. The groom's mother has a black eye due to this, my husband had to visit the ER and receive 12 stitches (they had GLASS cups out in the open that flew with the crash), I am bruised all over my body, and a bridesmaid has a swollen ankle. The rest of the party just has soreness. When we contacted the company to file a incident report he said " take a number and wait in line" and hung up on me. I recorded all our conversation. We took video and pictures of everything to keep as evidence. This company didn't even have the heart to apologize. The driver did not apologize once either. They called my husband a liar saying he didn't get hurt that there was no possibility because his driver " drives 5 mph " but that's not what happened at all. I don't recommend this business at all. Please do not use them. If you have any questions or want to see pictures message me so I can show you.

They Demand a %20 Tip up front which makes their rate over $80/hr. What happened to customer service? A 20% Tip should should not be demanded up front and be based on customer service and satisfaction. I would have tipped way more if the service would have been good. This is why UBER will take all of their business when they come to town. -W

My daughter and her friends were trying to find a limo service at the last minute for homecoming. Ace provided us with a reasonable rate with a clean and safe car. More importantly, the driver, Imran, was very professional, safe, punctual, and polite. This truly is a well run business with accommodations that are top notch. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!!

Thank you for such great service. We had a party of 16 teenagers and our driver was patient, kind, and cautious. I apologize for not remembering his name (Armando)? But he was wonderful and made the event a pure delight.

It is very difficult to choose a limo service nowadays since I was checking online and there area so many Companies in Houston. Although, I called Ace Limo and what make me chose them among others..its their reasonable prices and customer service. I spoke with a lady name Autumn, she was very caring when I explained her my plans related for the limo and the schedule I was trying to it. She knows perfectly how to make customers happy and gave me a couple of options for limo packages & deals. When i went to see the limos to make sure on my selection between a Hummer or a Party Bus, the owner Mr. Andy was very friendly & showed me other limos and even added balloons and extras to my limo package. Great customer service and options!
