In terminal C in IAH airport sits this small restaurant with TVs, a bar, and a few high top singles against the wall. The bartender was on loan from another restaurant, but he was engaging and provided quick and entertaining service! The duo salsa was good- green and red, spicy and flavorful. The chips were greasy and cold. If the chips were warm that would have been nice. The margarita was perfect! I'd definitely stop here again while in Houston.

No surprise this place is rated so low. I waited almost 20 minutes to be helped and when I asked the gentleman a second time to order food he got mad at me and asked me " Do you see anyone else back here?" He said he was helping other customers. He WAS helping other guests, but I think waiting 20 mins to order food when he knew I was waiting is well beyond the normal expected threshold of "can you give me a minute?" Like me and the other ppl waiting for you got other Sh*t to do besides watching you chat up some cougars while you cut limes. He didn't really like me calling him out so after he gave me the attitude he slammed the iPad down and refused me service, which is ok. After reading the reviews on here I'm glad I didn't waste the $22 and change on 2 tacos. Apologies for sounding like the typical Karen that only gets on Yelp to complain.

Ended up ordering here because we were hungry and couldn't find anything else suitable for our dietary needs without having to go through security again. Should have chosen to go through security and go to Chik-fil-a in A terminal. We got chicken Nachos (advertised as shredded chicken... not shredded), a 2 taco plate (chicken and pork, again not shredded), and a side of rice and beans. This all cost about $50 by my calculation. The man typed in our order on his tablet, then took my credit card for payment. I was not comfortable that he took my credit card behind the counter where I couldn't see it. He asked if I wanted a receipt and I said yes. He turned his tablet toward me and said to type in my email to get the receipt (button after typing it in said it was gir a copy of the receipt so i was confused as to why I wasn't offered a paper receipt). We went across the walkway to sit in chairs and wait, so I decided to open my email to check the receipt. Then it started to make sense why he had me type in my email for a receipt. I think he's counting in people refusing a receipt since we're in an airport. I was shocked to see that my total was over $60, so I looked at the details. Just under $5 in tax made sense, but then I say a tip of nearly $10 added to the total. I am a decent tipper, and I would have left a tip had I been asked. Not only did he not ask if I would like to add a tip, he added it himself and it seems that he tried to hide that by not offering a paper receipt and having me type in my email for a copy of the receipt from a page that didn't show the cost. This whole interchange soured the experience before we even received our subpar, cold food. Chips for Nachos were limp, tortillas for tacos cold and breaking. My daughter said the rice and beans were the best part. I am now suspicious that this man may have stolen my card information given that he took my card behind the counter where I couldn't see what he was doing. I will be watching my account closely in the next several days for any suspicious activity. I wish we hadn't been so hungry that I let these suspicious things slide and that we had instead cancelled everything and went somewhere else. We had time to go out and come back through TSA since our layover is 3.5 hours but we were hungry and tired. We ended up throwing out half of this overpriced order in the end as well. We don't fly hardly at all, so we aren't very knowledgeable about all the ins and out of airports. Live and learn I guess. I won't ever purchase from an OTG company again after this.

$25 for $14 worth of food. At least the dressing had a good kick to it. They're doing contactless ordering now, where you scan a QR code to select and pay on your phone. So I'm not sure what service I was tipping for, except that I know corporate isn't paying their staff enough, so I do it anyway.

5 stars for fast service as I literally had only 18 minutes to chow down. I stood in front of "Agave To Go" for a few minutes expecting to get a takeaway, but after no attention, decided to take my chances and sit. Thankfully the food was received fast, but unfortunately, it was cold. Did it satisfy my hunger? Yes. Was the service quick? Yes. Would I come back again? Only if I was in the same scenario again, otherwise, I would probably pass.

Agave is small but mighty with William at the helm. Due to severe weather on the East coast, there were several flight delays. My flight was delayed and had changed gates 4 times. The 3rd gate change was to Gate C30 and by that time my feet were burning so I decided to plant myself at Agave across from C33. I was desperate need of a Gin & Tonic to adjust my attitude. Even though I had to order anything from the IPad, I was able to communicate with Williams who was very cool, resourceful and well versed in customer satisfaction. I recall there were two ladies trying to get back to Miami. William welcomed them back by name since they had eaten breakfast and lunch at Agave and were now ready for supper. The vibe at Agave was awesome and I will most definitely stop by Agave next time I'm traveling thru Bush Intercontinental.

I really hate giving 1 star reviews however they are only able to take your order through the tablet provided or on your phone. We tried to just get a quick drink before our flight and bartender couldn't take our order and QR code wouldn't load. Got halfway through the order screen had to manually put in our info and then we were called to board. Seems like a super ineffectual way because it took us five minutes just to get to that point while the bartender stood there and watched us could've just taken our order given to us taken cash and we would've been on our way. They lost the sale their fault.

Here we sit at Bush International. My wife was hungry and I needed an "AB" (adult beverage. I ordered the steak burrito. The thing was packed and the rice was awesome. I ordered a double Jack neat and that is never a disappointment. Here you use an iPad to place your order. Still the service was great and the offer to help wasn't needed but good to hear. It was good to find this place at terminal C. Definitely stop by if in this terminal.
