When you are ordering a lunch for your business, you expect your delivery to be timely, give or take a few minutes, when your food is over an hour late, and you don't even get a courtesy call...that's just unacceptable! I placed an order on Tuesday for a Wednesday delivery for my office. My delivery window was 11 am - 11:30 am. I called the Alonti restaurant at 11:35 am to check the status of my order and they told me they were still preparing my order and they it would be ready in 15 minutes....I called again at 11:55 am, and was told by a different person that my order was being prepared and that it would be ready in 15 minutes. I don't plan on ever ordering from Alonti again! Laura F

Literally the worst service ever & our business will never use them again which is a huge loss for their catering company.

This place occasionally caters at the office. The sanwiches are good. I really do not like the wraps, they are a bit on the dry side. The chicken caesar salad bowl is tastey! The creamy casar dressing is so good! This salad can not be healthy! The desserts are prettt good as well. Check them out.

I called to place an order and I was transferred to Rachel Black for assistance. Rachel refused to take my order because of my "accent". I had to ask one of my friends to help me out. I went to the restaurant and asked Rachel in person to confirm that she could not understand me because of my accent. She responded rudely "Yes". Rachel was incredibly rude and I will never recommend this place to anyone. Horrible Customer Service.

To the great misfortune of my fellow coworkers and myself, my office occasionally orders lunch from Alonti. With recipes bordering on the lower bounds of elementary school cafeteria quality, be sure to stop in if you want a shot of nostalgia. Nothing quite takes me back to standing in line waiting for crappy food quite like Alonti. The "chicken tequila pasta" brings a mix of mushy chicken, green bell peppers, "cheese" product, and poorly cooked pasta together in an interesting blend that has a subtle undercurrent of sewer water. One can only hope that it falls back down to the bottom of the list and I won't have to suffer through stomach cramps and mental trauma of reliving third grade cafeteria for a while.

I cannot rave about Alonti enough!! Especially their rock star manager, Rachel! They are on time, trustworthy, and helpful. I had a last minute event, and needed dinner for 30 people--they completed my order and delivered on time with only 4 hours notice! They set up everything for you. I work for a school so the people eating the food are always hungry teachers after a long day--Alonti always leaves them happy and full! Thank you so much Rachel and the rest of the team! You ar emy go-to catering spot.
