Pinky at the front desk is amazing! She was so understanding and welcoming I had some issues with my bank with fraud and I had to sit and wait all day to figure it out and she was totally amazing and understanding of the whole situation. Prices are great, amazing staff, comfy beds, nice big rooms, super hot water this is definitely gonna be my go too from now on!

America's Best on 1960 is very convenient. They really cool sometimes, especially the front desk staff.

BEWARE OF THE BED BUGS!!!! I was in Rm.217. Okay so when I first stepped into my room it smelled funny and stuffy, and I think it was just from the frige being off and not working. So I called the front desk and told the guy that my bed light and frige wasn't working. So a guy fixed everything asap. So no problem there. The PROBLEM Started when I decided to take a short nap and woke up to a BED BUG Beside Me!!!UGH!!!! So I immediately bagged up my pj's and called the front desk. The guy said all of their other rooms were filled and asked if I could stay in that same room for the night. I say NOooo! Furthermore, the guy did offer me a room on a different floor, but I wasn't going to take that chance of carrying beg bugs with me in my luggage. Luckily, I never unpacked. So long story short I took my bags and hot tailed it across the street to the Grand Inn hotel.

Okay, I am giving it 4 stars for where it is and what it is competing with. It is not a Marriott. But for a place that was less than $100, this was fantastic. Huge room, king sized bet, 46 inch wide screen Jacuzzi tub, mini fridge and microwave. The place was very clean and quiet. It even had a nice indoor pool and hot tub. When in town again, they have my business.

So disappointed with the room. You would think at 80$ per night it would be somewhat dec. First, the smell from the renovation linger throughout the hotel,second our first room smelled like a smoker has lived there for days,third we asked to change to a non smoker room but was told they had no other room available. When I asked for a refund another room became available. The second room was not Much better being that it was just across the hall. Nevertheless we tried to stay only until we could not stand the smell. We were unable to breathe.our throats begin to hurt. We felt like we have been smoking just from breathing in the smell. So at 2:00 a.m. we left to search for another hotel. In the wee hours with my child. No one was at the front desk. All kinds of people we coming in and out.. I will never book here again and I will stop using hotel.com for my hotel bookings. So disappointed in both business. Now if you need a room just for a rendezvous well this may be the place for you. Not if you want clean room, clean smell, decent bed. nice furniture. Please do not waste your money . Avoid this hotel please. Not good.

The inn was clean, staff was nice and the bed was soft with crisp white sheets. Cold AC in the room with fluffy pillows made watching cable relaxing. The breakfast was all carbs, fresh waffles, toast, Honeybun's, cold cereal with coffee and juices. The indoor pool was fun with a hot tub next to it at just the right temp. The shower curtain was to short and the tub was not level! An accident waiting to happen in that tub.

Okay, I cannot believe some of the reviews I've read about this place... avoid it at ALL costs! (Maybe sleep in your car instead...) There were no extra pillows, and the review that Sarah D. gave it about the breakfast being all carbs is completely true... but in the worst way. There is sliced bread, a waffle maker (without any batter... seriously), and some cold cereal. No oatmeal, no muffins, no half-hearted pastry basket, nothing. Not an apple or a banana in sight... and the manager was cutting people off from the honey buns like he was a bartender at an over-priced nightclub. Yes, the pool was indoors but no, it was not a pleasant experience. There were no towels, the manager sat on the 'patio' smoking a cigarette (probably contemplating his meaningless existence), and the floor was slick and smelled of anchovies. Our room was apparently still undergoing renovations b/c when we got there, there was only exposed wire in place of a light fixture and the bathroom door looked as though it had been punched in (but a very light punch, in their defense). The floor was sticky with the broken dreams of the previous guests and the only ice machine in the building warned of the 'consequences' of using "more than two buckets" of ice. Is it a good place for children? No. Is it a good place to stay on business? No. Should you maybe book your mother-in-law a room? Quite possibly. Will you regret your stay here and the subsequent wart colonies on your feet? Hell yes.
