01/04/2020 bus Titan was scheduled to be at my house at 10pm. 12/23/2019 i exchanged text messages with phone number ending in 3823 and got a price for a 25 passenger bus and he sent me pictures of party bus TITAN. 12/26/2019 spoke with Nick "manager" and gave him a deposit, I asked to see the bus in person and he said he can not show it since they have been broken into and they are working out of a warehouse. I contacted Nick Thursday 01/02/2020 to verify the bus we are talking about is in fact the TITAN simply because his text said 25 passenger and the website showed 26-28 passenger for TITAN and 25 passenger for TEXANAS and he verified TITAN. 01/04/2020 TEXANAS bus shows up and Nick says bus has been remodeled which clearly it is the TEXANAS bus online. I rejected bus and he would return deposit. He calls me back after we agree on a $60 discount and says TITAN bus had transmission problems yesterday. Thanks for the heads up and $60 discount, not professional and driver was very hard to communicate with. The bus had another bus transportation business sticker on it.

Nick was awesome! He was a pleasure to work with, from making the initial reservation to the time we were dropped off at home at the end of the night. The communication and service was top notch. He showed up early and was so courteous, got us to our destination on the other side of town on time, and had quite the sense of humor. As we were celebrating our 10th anniversary, Arc Limo included a delicious complementary bottle of champagne. The limo was clean and impressive, and we were able to connect our phone so that we could listen to our own music during the drive. I would highly recommend this company, and will definitely use them again in the furture. Worth every penny.
