Never had any problem at this location. It's my default location and I am more than a regular customer here. I have been renting cars from this location for over a year and the staff/attendants are phenomenal especially Justin. I would absolutely recommend this location.

Super small location. Cars don't look clean. Very limited selection. I booked online, arrived to get my car, was told he didn't have the size car I needed and had no other options for me other than increasing my price. Refused to refund me and I had to call corporate. Save yourself the hassle and find another location. Hertz maybe?

If your black do not come here I repeat do not come here the whole experience was unprofessional & disrespectful it took an hour and a half for the manager Bipin who claim to own the store in addition he run the store how he wants and refuse to hand me the keys due to personal reasons. He also stated they had cameras in the building after entering as if I would threaten him because of his wrong doing but I didn't I kept it professional and called corporate he needs to be fired for false claiming he owned the store and the way he stereotype blacks is a shame.

First, Problem #1 Staffing the Counter with more than 1 person would help. There was only ONE person to help over 10 customers in line at 9am. The wait was very long and No One else was there. As a Preferred Member .. I guess this did not make any difference. So why be a Preferred Member? #2 Problem - I specifically requested a Dodge Caravan. and Got a Toyota Sienna. ( I made extra effort to physically stop by to speak to the counter person. Problem #3 . The Van was Dirty and Was NOT CLEANED. Nothing wiped down. Debris on the carpet. Window has smudges. Just a Yucky Feeling. Problem #4 - No Other Van Available - So I have No Choice but to Accept the Dirty Van. Problem #5 - I was Charged an Additional $100 Deposit. where as When I rent at the WC5 Location - Westchase. I always prepay and I was never Billed $100? Why? So there is my experience to Start my July 4th Weekend.

I waited almost 30 minutes for my vehicle. The man at the counter seemed apathetic about the long wait. The lady who took me to my rental car apologized for the wait. However, the car's hood and windshield were covered in bird droppings. Yuck. I was tired of being at the rental car place, so I cleaned the car when I got to my parents' house.

Terrible service by Pipin. Reserved a car for pickup, when i got there he said they were out of those cars and that I should have called ahead to make sure. Pipin was super rude and tried to scam me into renting a car twice as expensive. No attempt or possible solutions given. Ended up having to find another place. Beware beware beware.

If I could give less than one star I would. Lets start with my first experience with Justin at this Avis location. The first rental was my FIRST EVER CAR RENTAL, I had never rented a car before so when I get there he hands me the keys WITHOUT walking me to my vehicle to inspect the car, WITHOUT checking to see if the gas tank was full. AND AGAIN, this was my first car rental so I didn't think anything of it. I drove off with the car, went to fill the gas tank, and an hour into my trip I hear a dragging on the floor. I pull over the side of the freeway to check what it is and it's the vehicles' undercarriage dragging on the floor. This was my phone conversation with Justin..."Hi there's something dragging under the car you just gave me." "Well did you hit something?" "No I didn't. I also just filled up the gas tank, I need a new car, am I going to be credited for the half tank I just paid for?" "Oh no you shouldn't have filled up the tank, you should've told me it wasn't full." - OK at this point I'm not going to argue I have somewhere I need to be. I go return the car, and Justin gives me a much better rental for the same price. YAY HE SAVED THE DAY, that was great. NOW, this is my second rental with Justin and he is claiming I returned it TWO DAYS LATE. Justin, the same guy that didn't do his job right the first time, is saying I kept the car for two days extra, and didn't stop by the office to confirm. NOW I KNOW THEY HAVE CAMERAS. This could all be resolved by checking your cameras. But what does he tell me when I ask him to check his cameras? That he doesn't need to because he knows how to do his job. I really hope they record the phone calls so someone can talk to this man about how to correctly speak to your customers. All I asked was to please check your cameras so you can see me returning the car two days ago. IF I really kept the car two extra days would I want to launch an investigation into this? No. Because I know I would be wrong. BUT I AM NOT WRONG. What I am going to be is on camera returning the car on the correct date after office hours. So instead of just saying - Hey I think I just made a mistake and didn't see the keys on Thursday, let me check the cameras one more time and get back to you. - All I got was Justin telling me he cant AND WAS NOT going to help me. He is not going to check the cameras because he does his job right and it is my fault for not calling the next day to make sure my car was checked in. It is my fault for not noticing that I did not get a text message letting me know my car was returned. It is my fault for not making sure Justin did his job right. I got fooled into thinking Justin knew what he was doing even though the first rental clearly showed he did not. I should never have rented from Justin again. But here I am ranting and angry, writing a review that probably doesn't even make a difference. Moral of the story - I shouldn't need to make sure Justin does his job right. But maybe his manager should
