I've always heard that this place is great for groups to have a drink and munch on pizza so that's exactly what we did. The parking located in the back holds a little more than a handful of parking spots but they have overflow parking in the next lot over which used to belong to another restaurant. Order at the bar and you'll get food delivered to you at the table. The pizzas have unique names and interesting toppings. The crust is nice and crisp around the edges and just thick enough to hold all the cheese and toppings. Pay attention to their specials because they are quite special indeed. Its not your typical pizza joint so don't go in expecting that. The wings are also big and juicy. Apps like fried spaghetti are very craveable. Prices are reasonable considering portion size, but even better with their daily specials...especially on Wednesdays when pizzas are half price! No frills. Yummy bar food. Good times.

This has quickly become one of my favorite pizzas in town. Delicious house made sausage, great sauce, cheese and crust. Great stuff. I haven't eaten in yet, just a couple of deliveries and a pickup, but it went smooth and the staff was courteous and prompt. The place has a cool kinda divey vibe. Cozy.

Love the pizza here! I usually try out the pizza of the month because they come up with cool and tasty combinations. I am so happy they added salads to the menu! I love the winter salad & have enjoyed the caesar with crispy chicken bites. Order at the bar. Great service!

You need to come try this second location on Montrose. The Buffalo chicken pizza is the best! And their cocktails are spot on! o

This is a quirky bar in Montrose that has a space/death theme. We had a great time here, although their happy hour was very disappointing. We specifically came during happy hour to get some drinks, but they advertise select cocktails as $9 (normally $11), which is already not a good deal, and then we found out there were only three select cocktails, and none of them were on the regular menu. For food, we got the buffalo chicken pizza and space balls, which are dough balls filled with parmesan. These were really good. I'm not a big pizza person, but this pizza was delicious. For drinks, we got the aperol spritz, black lemon drop cocktail, cherry vanilla coke, and dirty shirley. The black lemon drop was really tasty as it was very sweet with the black sugar. The spritz was decent. The cherry vanilla coke tasted like cherry medicine mixed with bourbon, and the dirty shirley was okay. They have their own small parking lot, which can fill up quickly. There's plenty of neighbourhood street parking in the area a little farther away as well.

When we left Endless Bummer, we were a little hungry, so we came next door to this pizza spot. It was cute inside. The bartender told us it was nominated best pizza in Houston by the chronicle. We ordered wings and meat pizza. The wings were very bland but crispy. The pizza was actually very good. It had good flavor and great crust. I just wish it was a way to hide the grease I was consuming. Lol!

Awesome pizza place with super cool vibes!! Their gluten free crusts is by far some of the best we've had in a while. Cocktails are also great! Service and bartenders are all extremely friendly. I will definitely be coming back!

I just found out about this second location off Montrose. I had only been to the Washington Ave spot before. My friends and I wanted to swing by before watching the new Beetlejuice movie for a few drinks. It's decorated very similar to the other bar but they are missing the huge Betelgeuse Betelgeuse outside. They have your typical wide variety of unique cocktails and beer. Many great pizza and food options too. When we got there it was pretty slow so you'd figure the wait staff would be in a nice and chill mood. Not sure what their deal was but they were all very short and snarky with our entire group. I could understand if it was peak hours with a full bar or if our group was trouble but neither of those were true. We made the best of it and had a good time but highly doubt we'd come back anytime soon.

Cool divey eclectic place! It was karaoke night. I'm not normally a singer, but it was low key and unpretentious so I did get up in the stage for a tune. Food was awesome. My date and I split That Sweet Funk pizza: blue cheese, brussel sprouts, hot honey. Crust that was chewy and crunchy in all the right places. Great size for 2 people. FRIED SPAGHETTI is my new husband. Cheesy with great flavors in the breading.
