First time renting a scooter downtown. Had some foot pain and needed to get off it to get around that afternoon. The staff couldn't have made it easier to rent one! Walked me through all the specifics and made me feel safe to take it out within 5-10 minutes. I planned on needing to rent it longer than the typical times and they made that process to add time very easy. Will definitely consider them next time I'm in the mood to scoot!
