One of the worst weather nights yet we felt safe and comfortable. Limo was clean and well stocked. Driver was extremely nice, although we did get lost in the storm. All 5 of us enjoyed ourselves and we would use Houston Affordable Limo Services again.

I would give zero stars if I could. When I originally booked, they told me the total would be $650. Then the day of, they suddenly demanded an extra $250! Apparently, the first $150 I sent was "just a deposit" that I'd only get back if the car was clean (it wasn't), and the other $100 was a "mandatory tip" -- which was never mentioned beforehand. I went ahead and paid because it was for my daughter's senior prom and I wanted her to be happy. Then it got worse. They stopped to pump gas on the way to her first destination -- using the time I paid for. The interior of the limo was absolutely disgusting. The A/C didn't work, the door handle was broken, the window tint didn't match, there was trash already inside when they got in, and the hood didn't even close properly. It was honestly embarrassing. I would've sent the limo away if her dress had fit in my car. I'm still upset that my daughter had to show up to her senior prom in such a ghetto, broken-down limo. Save yourself the stress and find a professional company -- this one is a total rip-off and a joke.

The gesture to hire a limousine for my bachelorette party was a lovely touch. However, renting from this "company" was a colossal mistake. I am a 70s baby and so was the limousine we were first picked up in (See photos). The AC didn't work. Items were falling apart, or had fell off. The first driver did not have any Fs to give about us not having AC. Hell, nothing worked. We could not open a window, or the moonroof There is something to be said about a business that cannot be found on Google in today's market. Spend your money elsewhere. NEVER use this so called "business." This "business" owner cares NOTHING about the customer's experience only getting money. If I could give them a negative 10 rating I would...twice.

This is the absolute worst party bus company I've ever seen with the most decrepit bus I have ever been on. They were three hours late picking us up going to the cruise terminal and 30 minutes late picking us up for the ride home and the bus is literally falling apart. The windows are broken/open, there's no heat (currently 55° outside) and it rattles like it hasn't seen a set of shocks since 1972! Everything inside is just rigged together and the vehicles inspections and registrations are severely expired. The door handles on the back where you load the luggage is broken and you have to use a screwdriver to get it open. I feel like they just pulled this out of the junkyard to give us a ride to and from the cruise port. For your own comfort, safety and sanity, I do not recommend hiring this company. I only gave it a one star because a -10 was not available.

ELITE MY ASSSSS BRO HOW DARE YOU CALL YOURSELF ELITE!!!!! this entire ride was a violation to my soul. I have never been disgusted in my life and check the pictures. There are RATTTTSSSS!!!! there was trash everywhere. The whole place was nasty. The ceiling was molding. There was no AC and they used tubes. They are fully a scam. They said that you can pay cash at the destination, but then they demanded Zelle before the ride and still have yet to give us our money back. Rob is not a real person and he's not the manager. The man driving us said his name was Jeff. What kind of name is that? and when we were complaining, Rob hung up on us. there was also trash and sludge everywhere. It was a violation, even putting my body on that seat because the seats were wrinkled too. I swear it was a biohazard WTFFFFF!!!!!!

HORRIBLE!! What a total scam!!!!!!! I talked with Robert to get all the details planned for my daughter's quinceanera. The driver shows up demanding cash with a minimum of $50 tip. (not discussed at all as they took CC info at the time of booking) We had to scramble to collect the money from myself and other guests so he wouldn't leave. Then, the service was supposed to be for one hour but the driver just did a straight drop off at the venue (6 miles away- less than a 15 min. drive) When we called to try and clarify and get some sort of reimbursement at the very least my husband was HUNG UP ON! Everyone involved was so disappointed and so upset with the horrible service. I am calling the BBB to report. Absolutely unacceptable!

The Limo that was provided to us, I think my parents used it for their wedding. The A/C did not work, handles missing from the door, the tint was bubbling up, Bottled Water was provided but no ice, (So basically no water) We requested in advance to stop in Buc-ees in Texas City for 1 hour. The driver took us to the wrong location. Then when we got to the correct Buc-ee's, the driver told me I need to hurry up, because he has another pick up. On my original booking I requested a Van /Bus to be picked up at the cruise port and return to the airport. I checked in with them the morning of arrival and he told me the limo would arrive around 9AM- I told him I never asked for a limo ( wanted to charge me more for the limo ) I asked for a Van / Bus I had to send him the screen shot of what was agreed upon and pricing. He apologized for the confusion and will work on getting a van for us. Needless to say, No one came to pick us up. We had to take to Ubers to the airport. Everything was cash only. That should have been my first red flag on this business. Never again! DON'T BOOK !!!

WORSE Experience ever!!! The limo was disgusting. There was a toe nail on the floor board, the seat was falling off, the door handle was missing, the tint was also missing so they covered it with a sun shade. The owner, who supposedly name was Roberto, was a complete ass hoe and said the limo was dirty due to a storm. Roberto had no explanation to all the stuff I was telling him about the limo and his service so he threatened to cancel our service! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!
