Burger King is well known as " home of the Whopper. " For me, I don't care for a Whopper. To me they are too big, sloppy, and unappealing. When it comes to burgers at Burger King I will only go for a regular hamburger with that delicious grill taste with lettuce, tomato, pickle, ketchup and mustard. No cheese, bacon, or double meat. Just a simple hamburger. Now, even though my palate is refined, it is also immature, lol. I say that because when I go I order the chicken fries or chicken nuggets. The chicken fries are not the best but they are also pretty good at the same time. The chicken nuggets are tasty and juicy to me. You can get, I think, 6,8,or 10 piece. They're pretty good and tasty. I also like how crisp their Sprite and Dr Pepper is. I would go for an occasional soda and a cup of ice. I love thier ice, that's the anemic in me. It's also been years, and I hope they're still good, but I used to order their ham and cheese croissants. I remember them being hot and filling. The employees here are very professional, courteous, and seem happy. This is a clean establishment.

I usually do not eat at fast foods! But lately I have!! I still need to restock from Beryl the storm we had. This is my second time going through the drive thru. The staff is always funny! And nice. Though they can be slow at times it is probably cause their making your food. Great team! They definitely beat McDonald's hands down!!! So shout out to this team!!!

I love burger king over mcdonalds but Burger King doing that one half slice of the bacon on a bacon cheeseburger is bunkers...I'm payin for a bacon cheeseburger at least let e taste the bacon or take the price up or take the bacon off .... lol I'm angry

According to the hours listed on Google, this location should be open until 12AM. Not the case. I tried multiple times within a period of 2 weeks (prior to 9:00 PM) to get my BK craving satisfied. No sign on the door, no mention of changed hours on the drive thru lane, NOTHING! I decided to go a little earlier last night and alas, they were open (7:15 PM). Well, I shouldn't have even tried. What a disappointment! No shakes available, burger bun was stale & cold., meat was not warm either and the onion rings were little to be desired. The drive thru attendants were barely paying attention. They were carrying on laughing instead of giving good service. I asked for salt and pepper - I got one salt packet and a sweet n low packet. How does that even happen?!

I don't usually bother to review national chains. However, this one is in my neighborhood and I have been to this location many times. Better than most chains - BK at least grilles over an flame while most chains griddle on a metal griddle. On the down side - for efficiency - the meat is often grilled and then placed in a warmer where it tends to dry out. So this location is much like any BK in the nation. They do an average chicken sandwich, but I usually get the whopper or whopper jr. While tasty thanks to flame grilling, the meat is often dry and the buns are often stale and dry. When done right - a whopper is much better than a whataburger. Unfortunate the product is very uneven at this location. The fries are better than most chain fries. Tasty, crisp and golden in color. (Other chains often have limp and undercooked fries. A pet peeve!!!) Overall a 3.6 and much better than other national chain burger joints.

About 7:30 in the morning on a Wednesday, I rolled into this Burger King, I needed to break a $20, and was in a hurry, so figured I would buy something. Parking lot was almost completely empty and only one car in front of me in the drivethrough, so I figured it should be fast. The car in front of me (again, only other car in the drivethrough) pulls through so I pull up to the menu.... ....and wait. ...and wait. Finally, "Welcome to Burger King. Hold please." So I wait. ...and wait. ...and wait. Finally, I say "HELLO?!?!?" ...and wait. Again "HELLO?!?!?" ...and wait. Finally, "Yes, what can I get you?" I order a large Diet Coke and small order of hashbrowns. Total is $5.07. Then I pull up to the window, woman takes forever to get to the window (I think the wind resistance from her absurdly oversized fake eyebrows was slowing her down). "That'll be $5.07 please." I hold out my $20. "Oh, I can't make change right now." FFS, they charge twice the cost of the same size Diet Coke as McDonalds just 30 yards away, have glacially slow, unresponsive service, and don't even have a $10 or 2 $5s plus 4 $1s and 93 cents in their cash drawer? Pathetic.

So, it's been three weeks since I posted the review and haven't spoken with anyone from this location about what had happened. I've requested to speak with the general manager and as of yet I've receive not a single response. This only tells you that this location only cares about taking you're money regardless of providing a safe, clean, and respectful environment. Other reviews state that this is the worst location in Houston and in my opinion I totally agree with that assessment.

not only the service that's so lousy the food was worse. I ordered a spicy chicken at a League City TX the chicken peace barely covered quarter of the bun area it basically was bread and tomatoes. Four moths earlier I ordered the same meal in a Burger King in Madrid Spain it was a million times better in service and food quality. How can they stay in business.
