Beställde General Tso’s kyckling med stekt ris, äggdroppssoppa. Och vårrulle. Andra importerade också Mo Shu fläsk som förrätt , värd och sur soppa och wonton soppa. Jag njuter av min måltid men brydde mig inte om Mo Shu-fläsket. Blomsterteet var mycket gott.

Vi brukade gå till Caf Le Jadeite Restaurant 1952 W. Gray när vi bodde i Houston-området. Vi besökte Houston förra helgen och var tvungna att sluta, men de ändrade platsen till 5 kvarter bort vid 1574 W. Grå så vi hade lunch där och träffade chefen Eric och komplimangerade honom på d cor, konst, statyer som han tog med från den äldre restaurangen. Den här har nu en sushi bar förutom ett mindre vanligt barområde. Maten var utmärkt och vi hade bra service. Vi kommer att stanna igen när vi är tillbaka i Houston.

Vi åt här till middag med vänner och beställde flera rätter att dela med bordet. De varierade från bra till utestående. Tjänsten var också utmärkt.

Den nya platsen är lättare att nå, ungefär tre kvarter öster om West Gray. Maten är fortfarande stor, inredningen innebär mycket av de magnifika sakerna från den gamla platsen, bara mer av det och mer utrymme att se den.

Maten är fortfarande underbar. Min favorit är biff med färska varm paprika (# 14 på lunchmenyn.) Tjänsten är fortfarande utmärkt och kostnaden är rimlig. Jag älskar den här platsen.

Detta är en utmärkt plats för en affärslunch. Det är tyst nog att du faktiskt kan prata affärer med dina gäster, snarare än skrika som du måste på några restauranger.

Det är alltid bra att gå till Cafe Ginger för bästa service, färskaste Sushi & självklart Hot Sake. Vi går förmodligen här minst en gång i veckan och blir aldrig besvikna. Vi är nöjda med den "nya" Caf Ginger sedan de rörde sig ner på gatan. Maten, tjänsten är densamma. Byggnaden har fler fönster, är ljusare inuti, och parkering är mycket lättare på den nya platsen. För de nya till Caf Ginger, har de bra lunch specialerbjudanden under veckan (rimliga priser, generösa portioner) och Happy Hour specialerbjudanden Sun - Thurs.

Tre av oss gick till lunch. Var första gången till den nya platsen och var lite besviken i maten. Vi var också överens om det. Ingenting utestående eller ger oss mycket anledning att gå tillbaka. Tjänsten var bra. Inte särskilt trångt för lunch som kanske har sagt. Vackert inrett och det hade en trevlig atmosfär.

Vi har varit på denna plats innan de flyttade och d cor etc var samma men servitören var hemskt. Han verkade vara i rush för att få vår mat. Vi är mitt i att stirra på aptitretare och han visade upp med alla våra måltider, trots att han hade berättat att vänta. Resultatet var kall soppa och förrätter. Restaurangen var inte full och det var därför vi blev kvar och undrade om servitörernas rush

Detta är en av mina nya favorit " gå - till " Houston restauranger. Utmärkt mat, trevlig och lugn atmosfär kombinera för en trevlig matupplevelse. Mycket bra värde dagens lunch med både traditionella kinesiska och Shushi. Gott om gratis parkering i närheten.
