Tried a wrap this time, but the flatbread got really soggy by the time I picked it up to eat at my desk. Usually I order from this location when I'm at work. They typically take a long time to make orders during the lunch rush so I don't go rushing to pick up my order. I don't know how long it had been made and sitting there. The wraps need to be eaten fresh on the spot. I will stick to ordering bowls for my pick up orders that I can easily warm up if needed.

Love that they're conveniently located in the medical center! Love going here to grab a quick lunch! Food is delicious and is a healthy option! Service is fast and friendly!

I came in during the evening rush and it was chaos. The line was long, the employees were clearly overwhelmed, and the night shift manager was nowhere to be found, because he was in the back on his phone I saw him!! I actually asked the cashier if a manager could come help, and they told me he said not to get him because he didn't want to do his job. Seriously?!? Watching someone scroll on their phone while their team struggles isn't leadership, it's pure laziness. The food might be fine, but the management is not. If this is how the store is ran, it's no wonder everything feels disorganized. Someone higher up needs to pay attention, because the managers clearly aren't.

I don't usually write reviews, but this visit to Cava was honestly one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. From the second I walked in, it felt off. The staff looked completely checked out, no greeting, no smiles, just blank stares like they'd rather be anywhere else. When I asked a simple question about toppings, the girl behind the counter barely looked up and mumbled something I couldn't even understand. Then came the food... if you can even call it that. My bowl looked like it had been thrown together by someone in a hurry who didn't care at all. Half of what I asked for was missing, the rice was cold and clumpy, the chicken was dry, and the pita on the side was rock hard. The presentation was just sad, it honestly looked like leftovers someone scraped together at the end of the night. And the worst part, the place was filthy. Tables were sticky and covered in crumbs, the floor looked like it hadn't been swept all day, and the drink station was disgusting. I went to grab a lid for my cup and literally saw a roach crawl by. That was it for me. I lost my appetite completely and just threw the food away. It's one thing for service to be slow or a meal to be off that happens. But when a restaurant is dirty and you're seeing bugs, that's a whole different level of unacceptable. It makes you wonder what's going on in the kitchen if that's what's happening in plain sight. I've been to other Cava locations that were great, clean, friendly, and well-run, so I know this isn't how the brand is supposed to be. But this particular location clearly doesn't care about food quality, cleanliness, or customers. Between the rude staff, the disgusting conditions, and the disappointing food, I won't be coming back here ever again. Save your money and go somewhere that actually takes pride in what they serve.

This cava location is very amazing! They are very nice and work efficiently. They keep the space clean and flow of service quickly. I appreciate their customer service and will be eating here frequently.

CAVA, CAVA, CAVA! Three cheers for Cava! Clearly I'm a fan. Unlike some similar *unnamed* competitors, Cava offers bowls with super fresh ingredients with ample protein selections, including vegan and vegetarian options, for an affordable flat rate of around $12. Start your bowl with rice, greens, or lentils or a combo of two. Next, add up to three dips like spicy hummus, tzatziki or flavorful harissa. Add your protein next - insider tip is that you can do halfsies - for my veggie friends go for half falafel, half roasted vegetables. Onto the toppings. There's a ton - pickled onions, feta, olives, cucumbers, cabbage slaw, to name a few. Finally, top it off one of their many dressings. The lemon herb tahini is a personal favorite. Serving sizes are ample and the combo of veggies, carbs and protein will leave you full all day. This location is fairly small so to go orders are probably your best bet. Parking is basically nonexistent so plan on walking if you work in the Med Center or take the metro (stops directly out front) if you're not local. During peak lunch hours there is sometimes a line but the service is fast. Cava has got my thumbs up!

Service was super quick I was in and out with in minutes on a Monday during lunch. The cashier KK was amazing. When I was unsure on my sauce choice she gave me a great recommendation!

Love CAVA, this location didn't disappoint. Located in the med center, they have an attached parking garage that has free parking up to 30 minutes. I built my own bowl and got the new garlic ranch pita chips on the side. Loved the pita chips!

I am so happy to have a cava in the med center! Today was my first time going and the staff was very nice and generous with scoops. They seem to still be perfecting the cooking of things as my skug was watery, the honey harrisa chicken was extra spicy, and something was pretty salty but I couldn't figure out what it was in the bowl. However still the great cava flavors I've come to love. I look forward to frequenting this cava for quick and healthy meals Some hacks: Get 1 harrisa 2 crazy feta and 1 tzatziki as your scoops Ask for a full sized pita and get skug on the side to dip it in
