The service was amazing, Joshua Morgan made it an enjoyable experience, he was so kind and polite he really made my day turn around. He has incredible manners and understood everything I said. I will be coming to this location for now on. This was on Wednesday. :)

I was really looking forward to my meal -- you know that feeling when you've been craving Chick-fil-A all day? But when my Uber Eats order arrived, the main part of it -- the chicken sandwich -- was missing. All I got were fries and a drink. When I called the store, the first person I spoke to told me they couldn't do anything except give me "reward points" to use the next day. That's not helpful when you're sitting there hungry with half an order you already paid for. The bag was sealed and the receipt sticker clearly listed everything that should've been inside, so the mistake clearly happened in-store. I completely understand that errors happen -- we're all human -- but the way this was handled was beyond disappointing. I called back about 20 minutes later and spoke with a lead who said they might be able to send it if a driver was available, but I'd have to make another order first. Then I was left on hold for over 15 minutes with no updates at all -- only to have the call end with no resolution. For a brand that's built its name on great service, this experience was the total opposite. Mistakes happen, but the lack of care and follow-through made it so much worse.

Walked over here for lunch while staying at the courtyard just up the road. The service was prompt and the cashiers were friendly. I had my order before they could even pour my drink it was so fast. The food was hot and delicious, and the place was very clean. No complaints I can think of.

I ordered cheese. My sandwich had NO CHEESE and NO PICKLES. This is the fourth or fifth time. My husband said he used to work here in here in his early 20s some 15+ years ago, and he's appalled at how far the service quality has fallen. Do better.

The service was friendly like usual Chick-fil-A standards. I don't usually come here but we decided to dine in for the new year. The restaurant was cleaned. I was disappointed in the food quality. I got the spicy chicken biscuit with egg and cheese. The patty was so thin and hard. The hash browns were burnt. The coffee came with all the syrup at the bottom of the cup and despite mixing the drink, it was too sweet I couldn't finish it.

Went to chick-fil-a, one night and tried to open my app and it had me log in. I didn't remember my password so I had to reset it. Once I reset it I found I had lost all my points. The guy who took my order told me to reach out to customer service and they should be able to help me. Wow how I was so expressed with customer service, they not only help they found I had 2 accounts, combined both and gave me my points back, and all of this happen in a matter of 1-2 days. Well I know you got my service for life, and I appreciate them finding my points and helping me out. And it didn't take long to respond. No thats what I call great service. Thanks chick-fil-a..

Today was a 5 star day at Chick-fil-A! What a nice touch to have heart shaped biscuits on Valentine's Day. This location is always pretty speedy, even when the lines are long. I haven't been inside in a while, but the line is always calm and the workers are very professional.
