CFA is honestly my favorite restaurant, and I rarely ever have issues here. I placed my order through the app and asked if my fries could be made fresh. When I received them, some were fresh but most were not, so I went inside and kindly asked if they could be remade. The staff was very nice about it, even though they were clearly busy, which I appreciated. When I got my fries back, they were hot (which was great), but they were extremely salty... so much so that I couldn't eat them. I didn't want to bother the staff a second time, so I just gave them away. Other than that, the customer service was excellent, and both the drive-thru and inside service were quick and efficient. I'd just suggest a little more consistency with the fries, both in freshness and seasoning, because that small detail makes a big difference for customers, like me, who truly love CFA.

Before I became a psychiatric nurse, I was a classically trained chef. Although I still cook and cook well, I do love to eat at different places and go out to nice restaurants. I often work overtime a lot to fund my traveling and lifestyle so Before I head off to work I grab some fries and a cup of their delicious ice. I do love their frosted lemonade, the delicious mac and cheese, the plain chicken sandwich- keep pickles, their delicious chicken tenders- fresh and not greasy, and definitely the delicious chicken noodle soup with oyster crackers. That soup is so nice and tasty! Hot and packed with the grilled chicken, carrots, celery, onion, and noodles. That soup is good! I like their frosted lemonade but I especially love it when they add new flavors! They are all so good. They previously had the frosted pineapple dragonfruit which was very nice. Seems like they are offering a new pub chicken sandwich or something of the like. It looks like a huge sandwich and kind of off putting to me. The bun is a big pretzel bun with your choice of grilled or fried chicken, cheese and a sauce, lettuce and tomatoes. (The way I described it probably would make someone want to try it, lol) Im going to pass on the new sandwich. I actually don't like their new sandwiches. Like the one with the global of pimento cheese. No thanks! Now, they have a new flavor drink. It is cherry berry with Sprite, half tea, lemonade, or frosted. You absolutely have to know at this point that I tried it! You absolutely have to know that it is definitely delicious and refreshing! Great choice Chick Fil A! Keep the flavors coming but keep them cute! As for writing this positive review Chick Fil A, my pleasure........... get it ;)

The chicken nuggs were good. I like the criss-cut fries they got. I don't believe they are open on Sundays. Service was quick, didn't have to wait long. We did end up eating there. The tables were clean, as was the entire place. I had a good experience here.

I love Chick-Fil-A so much because I can always depend on them to treat employees well, to provide great service, and to correct their mistakes. At least I thought I could. On my lunch break, I placed a mobile order and picked up the food in the drive-thru. (I made sure to get strips for my Great Dane Luna who loves the chicken!) Sadly, when I got to my home office, I learned that I had not received the strips. I called as soon as I took a break from my calls. I was told that I had to return to the store within 30 days to get the strips or I had to go to the store for a refund. I explained the fact that I travel often and probably won't return to that specific location soon. I asked for an email address or a telephone number to inquire about having the points on my app credited. The person answering the phone asked me to call back. When I offered to hold, the call was disconnected. I had previously provided my name and the order number. My telephone number appears in the order. She could have reached out if she had made a mistake. Crickets over here... I was trying not to cancel CFA when they switched to these terrible fries, but maybe there's more wrong with CFA than I previously thought.

I go to this Chick-fil-A a 2-4 times a month as it's close to my office and I really enjoy CFA. At first I had no complaints, the service was good, although this location was super busy everyday, your wait times are never long, and it was still very organized nonetheless. Recently, after trying different locations, I've come to realize the quality of this one just isn't as good. The nuggets and sandwich always taste a little dry like they've been made and sat out for a while before it gets to you. I understand that due to the amount of customers this location gets that their quality of food takes a hit, but I'm hoping management can somehow change that.

This Chick-fil-A is busy 24/6 (minus Sundays). My bf and I decided to dine in instead of going through the long drive thru to grab a bite to eat before watching the Red River Shootout UT game at Little Woodrow's Midtown. We appreciated the police officer who was directing traffic at the drive thru, parking lot, and pedestrians walking inside the restaurant. This location was nice and clean. There wasn't a line inside because everyone seemed to be at the drive thru. Each table had a fresh flower and greenery which was a nice touch. The motion activated trash bins are great! I love the touchless system cause I hate the dirty doors that you usually have to push open. My bf had been wanting to try the new honey pepper pimento chicken sandwich with spicy filet. I took a bite, and it was delicious. The sweetness from the honey, buttered bun, pimento, spicy filet and pickled jalapeño was a perfect blend of sweet, salty, savory, and spicy. The meal is $11.79 which is on the pricier end. I ordered the 5 ct nuggets kid's meal and used my points for a free side salad with avocado lime ranch dressing. I like to turn my salad into a chicken salad. Love the crispy bell peppers. Overall, this location on Shearn St. is solid. It stays busy especially because it's near populated places like the Target in the Heights and right off I-10.

Great location close to other stores like Target. Has a parking lot and 3 drive thru lanes. I enjoy their food anytime of the day. They are closed on Sundays and wish they are open but I respect their choice to stay closed. Service is always sweet, nice and quick. A little more upscale interior setting than a normal fast food place.

Worst cashier her name is Mona this morning, first she was not standing at her post then was upset cause she was taking my order. I asked for a granola parfait with extra granola so she put mustard on my order and thought that was funny. I don't understand when I did nothing to her but this isn't funny. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION THROUGH UBER EATS !!!!! They have yet to properly fulfill any order i've placed there, every time they have left out my fucking sauces and even whole combos. It's fucking ridiculous, people pay extra to get it delivered for convienence and get fucked over because of lazy ass employees. Individual reviews aren't enough, I'm going to bot hundreds of accounts to shit on this location. Fuck you
