No lettuce at 6:54 pm but you close at 11 pm. Highly disappointed when chipotle is suppose to be the healthier dining option. It was also a struggle getting grilled veggies. I was told they stop prepping at 10 pm so keep that in mind if you want fresh/available options. A major potential plus is the drive thru. I know this location is new so I am hoping to see progress next time.

Hi there, we visited Chipotle today and ordered a kids' quesadilla meal, a kids' taco meal, and a burrito bowl. Unfortunately, there were a few issues -- there was hair in the quesadilla, the taco tortillas were hard, and the burrito bowl had a bit too much sour cream. This is my second time placing an order with Chipotle within a month. For my first order (April 4th) and my second order (May 2nd), my vegetables (onions and bell peppers) were extremely undercooked. One of the Chipotle bowls I ordered on May 2nd was supposed to have double meat. However, we were deceived. We were bamboozled by a generous amount of rice, and the sprinkle of meat. As a matter of fact, all three Chipotle bowls contained an inadequate amount of meat. When my spouse went to pick up the May 2nd order, he noticed that they looked extremely overwhelmed and busy at that location. I will never order from this location again. As for online customer service, chatting with the Chipotle bot, Pepper, is a waste of time. The first time I contacted customer service in April and communicated with the bot, I was informed by the bot that Chipotle would be communicating with the restaurant that I had an issue with. No one contacted me from Chipotle, I had to contact them to find out what is going on. On May 3rd, I had a very unsatisfactory experience with Jude, a customer service representative I attempted to communicate with online. Jude only allowed me to state my complaint, and then I received a long text that Jude obviously copied and pasted from the Chipotle script. You can probably see a screenshot of my interaction with Jude in the images below. After Jude abruptly ended the conversation with me, I made my second attempt to reach out to another customer service representative. Fortunately,I did not have to interact with the bot for long on that day. I had the pleasure of communicating with Karen. She reviewed my issue and showed empathy. She was very fair and professional in assisting me via the chat. Lastly, when Chipotle offers a solution to issues they created, they should never offer to recompense someone with a drink. How does a drink equate to a Chipotle bowl in price? When I first contacted Chipotle in April, and then recently in May both representatives tried to rectify the issue with a drink--which I declined. I work hard for my money, and will not be recompensed with less than what I paid initially.

I'm trying to find a reason where it would take 10-15 minutes for every order in the drive-thru when there appears to be a separate station just to prepare the drive-thru orders? The eta for my order was 6:10, ordered at about 5:30 ... I wasn't able to make it through the line until an hour later after arriving a little earlier just in case there was a little wait. Then to top it off, by the time I did get to the window the order wasn't ready lol the girl had to take my phone inside to fix the order. I guess it's cool because it was fresh but that's so insane to me. I'm not even sure if you can order in the window, I believe they're all pre-ordered mobile orders so it's just not making sense to me. I wanted to be considerate because of the recent storm but the recent reviews seen after I had already got in the line let me know this is not new. This location needs to get it together. It's a very convenient. Location since it's right off of the highway but extremely inconsiderate of your time.

I went in during the grand opening. It was pretty busy, but staff is doing a good job in there. I ordered through the mobile app, and was given instruction to pickup on the in-store shelf. It wasn't there when I got in, so I asked them about my order, and they told me they were out of the al pastor meat I had ordered, and asked what I'd like to substitute with. No problem. Staff had a great attitude, and apologized for the issue. We decided to eat-in. Store was relatively clean, but it's hard to judge on opening day. Food was standard Chipotle fare, so no problems there. It's not much, but I'm glad to see something a step-up from regular fast food in the City Park neighborhood. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Went to pick up my online order, and the wait was unacceptably long. Despite ordering ahead, I was stuck in line for over 40 minutes. I kept looking through the window to see what was taking so long and I just see 2 workers looking at me laughing. Ridiculous and waste of my time. No updates or apologies were given for the delay. This experience was disappointing, and I hope this new location improves their service for future customers. I will not be back any time soon.

I've tried to support this place because of its location. All three times, food was all over the preparation counter behind the serving counter. A complete mess. On another occasion in the early evening, they were completely out of white rice. There was a piece of the chicken bone/knuckle that broke a bracket off my braces.

Customer service is good, but unfortunately, the prices do not match the food portions. They give you so much rice and beans and skimp on the meat portion.

Have been three times each two times they haven't had cheese peppers or corn And then tonight they where blocking people at the door saying they ran out of food at 9:30 and they close at 11 pathetic smh i have not had one good experience here and they havnt even been open a month
