The girl Anabella provided me the best customer service and she was such a pleasure. She gave me fresh popcorn and recommended me the spirte icee. She definitely deserves a raise.

They have no cameras whatsoever Got vehicle window broken into. Overall no security . I would pick any other theater and area over this one.

Food prices are off the charts but the popcorn is perfect, drinks on point, and nachos hit! The theater sound is good, clean floors and seats in working order. Staff were friendly and polite.

Staff members were kind and movie theater seats were comfy, but the bathrooms were disgusting. Some of the stall doors in the women's bathroom were also broken, with no signage saying so. If you gotta go after the movie is over, just wait until you get home.

We decided to go to the movies today to see the new Bad Boys movie. Pre purchased the tickets and popcorn/drinks through the Cinemark app. Quick and easy, we got our tickets right away. When we got to the theater and saw how crowded it was, I was glad we prepurchased. They scanned our phones and printed a paper ticket. My husband and son went to sit down, I stayed back to order snacks for me because I don't eat popcorn. Wish I would have added something for myself in advance. Next time I will. They had a very long line at the concession stand and another long line at the pizza place. Wish I would have known the churros and pretzel bites are sold at pizza place not at concessions. I ended up getting nachos and a canned tea, it was 13.00. My husband and son text me to tell me that the theater was hot in case I had a chance to tell someone on the way in. Waited in line for about 20 mins and made my way. The theater #4 felt like the heat was on when you walked in. Luckily I brought my little fan. I used it the whole movie. The seats were comfy and the nachos decent for prepackaged snacks. The peace tea was very good too. It was in a can and a large size. The nachos were a great size too. It filled me up. The movie didn't start until 6:50, they played a full 30 minutes of previews. Food delivery arrived right on time. They promised delivery 6:20-6:40 and the worker was walking up to deliver at 6:40. Thumbs up for that. The popcorn and icees were enjoyed by my family. Funny when we left it was about 8:30pm and the concession stand line was once again super long almost to the door. They had all 5 registers open, maybe it was just slow or too many people. We enjoyed a hot Saturday inside.

I was up here today and something is wrong with this staff. This one employee Curtis was yelling/screaming at the other employees they looked like kids. I would be fighting someone if they treated my kid like that. Yall need better staff. That shit ain't cool.

This is literally the best theater I've been to thus far! Not only do the seats recline like other Cinemark theaters but the arm rest go up and down, the seats are heated and they're larger and way more comfortable than any other Cinemark! 10/10 recommend!

Went there at 4:00 on a Friday to watch a movie and wanted to get a cocktail, but they didn't have anyone there to work the "bar" area and they children working behind the snack counter didn't even attempt to find someone old enough to sell drinks. They lied and told us that area didn't open until 6, which I know isn't true because I've bought it there for a movie before 6.

Okay guys.. I went back to see It Ends With Us and literally, my seat was broken. I had to go ask to change my seat, and it was honestly an inconvenience because I had to go outside to the ticket counter. At first, she wanted me to get "refunded" and pay for a new ticket, but my ticket was free with my movie credit since I'm a member. That was annoying, but we figured it out. I was able to change seats and still sit next to my friend.

On the out side Tinseltown still looks the same ! But inside they have complete remodel the theatre. Very nice comfortable reclining chairs with heated seats. ticket prices are never out of control. honestly, they're very affordable the ticket pricing. Very huge parking lot. Don't have to worry about parking.
