I absolutely love the Cocos Crepes in the Vintage Park location. I have had this same meal every time i go and it hits! I have ordered this at other locations and it was a horrible experience... so I only go to the Vintage Park location. I got the Chicken and Spinach crepe to go with extra sauce because I love it that much. It was fresh hot and literally the best tasting crepe I have ever had. It did not disappoint. Also important to note that I came on a Sunday morning around 8am and it was great. Service was great and fast...because there was no one here lol...parking can be a nightmare during peak hours. I did not order coffee this time around but in the past I have and it's also great!

Unfortunately Can't rated any less, Tomato soup was cold on a not very clean dish, which was also broken, food probably the worse I ever had, dried tasteless and absolutely zero presentation,. The Cashier was in a bad mood, not helpful at all and the whole place it's nasty dirty and aged,

Unique staple spot inside Vintage Park. If you love sweet crepes, they have your fit. If you love savory crepes, they also have you covered. I've never had anything that was less than amazing at Coco. Service is always great, as well.

Went back to try a crepe. I got the Coco's Crepe and was a bit disappointed - the crepe itself was very empty in comparison to crepes I've gotten elsewhere and the strawberries weren't fresh. On top of that... both of us were given dirty forks, the interior seating areas are not well kept (each booth spot had tore up/worn/cracked leather), and one of the staff put a stack of other people's dirty plates full of half eaten food on our table while we were eating when they went to grab an empty plate off of ours which grossed us out (my fiancé and I both have worked as servers in the past and know that's a big no-no due to it being not only unpleasant, but unsanitary). Sad because I really wanted to like this place :(

The food was amazing. I went here with one of my old friends and it went amazing. The service was welcoming and nice. I loved the responses given by them. The setting is very aesthetic. It looks amazing in there, it gives off some type of parisian chic. I love it. It's very nice food and drinks. The sandwiches are amazing!!!! And the french toast is fluffy!!!

This is a fun Vintage Park staple. The consistency in quality of food and service can vary, but is usually good. I love having a local option for savory crepes since I find those harder to come by than sweet crepes. Having said that, the Pistachio Butter Crepe is such a standout menu item for me. It's perfect for pistachio lovers, with a great balance of sweet and salty notes. Will be ordering this again. In addition to crepes, they serve other dessert items like macarons, brownies, and muffins too, so there's something for everyone. Ambiance is a hit or miss for me. I came here with a coworker for a lunch meeting on a summer weekday, and it was uncomfortably crowded with some bugs buzzing around. I've also seen this place get busy during a lunch rush but appear understaffed. This isn't the best place to journal or do some independent work. Having said that, the employees are all polite and prompt, and the wait for our food didn't take too long - maybe 10 to 15 minutes, if that, and the crepes came out looking very cute. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try, but consider avoiding the major lunch or dinner rush if you can. - Ambiance: 3/5 - Food: 4/5 - Service: 4/5

Ambiance: Cute coffee and breakfast spot in Vintage Park steps away from other shops/restaurants. I enjoyed sitting at the outdoor bistro tables. Good selection of sandwiches, crepes, and waffles! Decent pricing, delicious breakfast drinks. Street parking available. Fast & friendly service. Recommend if you need a small & cute breakfast spot to add to your rotation!

These dessert crepes are amazing and easily shared. It's always clean and it's fun to watch them make the crepes. I would give it a five except the customer service could use some help.

The location is beautiful it's located near the popular waterfall in Vintage Park. Long story short I went to grab a business card from the Luke of cards on the entrance and guess what tried to grab my attention.... It wasn't the business cards it was roaches! Fam this was a easy nope!
