Honestly a wonderful stay especially after having to checkout from another hotel since they didn't have hot water. Quick check in, the sheets were clean, hot water? Not a problem. It was a quick stay so don't have much to say except that it was a good night of sleep after a 12 hour drive.

I was completely surprised by this location. It is next to a truck stop but the rooms are very well isolated. The room was large, it seemed like it had just gotten a makeover. Everything was clean, everything worked, and the ac didn't smell (which does often occur). Even the WiFi was fantastic. I was able to stream Netflix, iTunes Store content, and Amazon Prime. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful whenever I had a question or request. I didn't use the breakfast buffet so I cannot comment on that. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Houston. Fantastic experience.

I'm blonde, this isn't my hair. There were wads and random strands all over our sheets. I absolutely want to vomit. Also, it's next to a truck stop and there are prostitutes everywhere.

We stayed at this hotel due to a flight delay at IAH, checking in after midnight. It is a newer Days Inn, clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff was courteous and helpful, from our late night check in to offering us coffee/juice/ while we waited for our taxi after check out. Continental breakfast was offered from 6am-9am with nice selection. Even very close to the highway, rooms were quiet inside. Rooms have microwave, minifridge+freezer attached, cable tv and A/C. There is a Denny's just across the parking lot. Note: If coming from the airport, double check with taxi driver that they have the correct Days Inn, as this one is newer and there is an older Days Inn also near the airport.

We made a reservation on Kayak, the reviews were good and the price was affordable for just a place to crash for the night after our flight. The area the hotel is located isn't the nicest part of town so pulling in at night made me a bit on edge but the room was clean and large. I wish the rooms had toiletries and the front desk have a few more items in case you forgot anything. They didn't have shaving cream. The fitness center is small but it is nice if it's just one person. We didn't eat breakfast there so I am not sure how the good is. Overall a good experience.

I was so surprised by this Days Inn & Suites. Honestly I usually use Marriott but I was exhausted from driving and stopped here. Brand new non-smoking facility! Gorgeous room with refrigerator and microwave. I was surprised by how comfortable the bed was. Very clean and bright and brand new. Best money spent for accommodations in a long time!

This is a really new hotel so obviously everything in it will be new. I got a king suite w/loveseat. It doesn't feel like a hotel to me but more like home. Modern decorations and furniture. I like the mini fridge with freezer attached (unlike the ones with the freezer built inside the refrigerator compartment). Everything is laid out just right IMO. With the exception that the tv is way off centered from the bed and I mean one side of the tv lines up with one side of the bed (way off) but all I really do when I stay at hotels is watch tv so that's important to me but it's mounted sturdily to the dresser and easily turned to face the bed. I think its setup that way so it is centered between the loveseat and bed so it's equally visible from both locations. Full length mirror for the ladies. Nice vanity area and plenty of storage areas (dresser, cabinet in powder room area, and shelves about toilet in bathroom. A luggage table with granite top, granite vanity countertop, a desk w/chair and a coffee table in front of the love seat. Nice curtains, carpet is nice as well, I can't speak for the upstairs rooms but main floor has ten foot ceilings giving a spacier feeling which I like. The bathroom is also very nice and the exhaust fan is quiet unlike most hotels it doesn't sound like an attic fan. I believe the rate was 70 or 80. I used points but asked prior to making that decision. Cdl discounts offered but no gov't rate. Independently owned I assume to be the reason for that. Everything about the hotel is very nice for the price especially. One of the best hotels I've stayed in among all chains for the price. I would compare the room to a normal or better than normal holiday inn express and their rates typically run between 120-190 without discount. I only gave it four stars because of scratches on the inside of my room door, uneven paint lines when walking into lobby (they stick out like a sore thumb and I've done construction in my younger years so I can tell that attention to detail became lesser and lesser as they got closer to finishing the hotel. The other reason is they could use a bigger parking lot. I drive a truck OTR for a living currently and I luckily parked just on the other side of their privacy fence that bordered a flying j truck stop. The truck parking at the flying j is literally right behind the hotel so worst case for us truckers is to just park at flying j and walk over and it's a short walk at that. I haul cars for a living so I like to be able to see my load to make sure it's not tampered with or vandalized. Sorry for the novel and don't be afraid to stay here. Very nice hotel.

My husband and I travel a lot and this Days Inn is by far one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The staff was extremely friendly and the rooms were very clean. I forgot to pack my son's favorite pillow in the room we stayed in and the manager generously mailed it back to us. Superior customer service! If we find ourselves in Houston again, we know where we're staying!

This was the worst Hotel experience I've ever had. We booked a suite to attend a graduation. Upon checking into the room we found out the toilet wasn't working. We called the front desk and this is when our experience really went down the drain (no pun intended). The attendant was named Rahn John and his attitude towards the situation was completely absent of any empathy or concern for accommodating us for this significant inconvenience. We ordered the suite due to the fact we had a large party traveling (8 people) and needed a room that could accommodate a large group. Once he inspected the toilet to see it was not working he proceeds to inform me that he would need to move us to another room. He stated he would call up to our current room after speaking with his Manager about the situation. 15 minutes pass and no return call to our room so I took it upon myself to call the front desk and get a resolution to the situation. He proceeds to tell me that there were no other suites available and we would have to move to a smaller room. I can understand the other suites were occupied but then he proceeds to tell me that he will have to charge us an additional fee for having more occupants than the smaller room normally accommodates. To say I became livid was an understatement. Not only was our originally booked room insufficient to satisfy our travel needs due to the bathroom inoperability, you are going to tack on an additional fee for our stay to no fault of our own?? Is this what customer service is all about?? This is a franchise location as well. If you're in the Houston area I would highly advise you to seek other accommodations before choosing this Days Inn location to do business with. I travel for business 170-200 days a year and I can guarantee that I will make sure to never stay at this hotel ever again during my travels to Houston. I will also make sure I let all my colleagues know as well as every business counterpart and associate along all business lines I'm involved with to never do business with this location again. Days Inn, this franchise is not serving your brand well. I will be sending a formal complaint to the Corporate Headquarters so they too can be aware of the extremely unsatisfactory service being given at this location representing their brand!!

We had a wonderful stay at Days Inn & Suites. We came for a wedding and stayed three nights. Once it was time to leave we left in such a hurry we forgot our camera and called later on in the day to find that they had found the camera and had it at the front waiting for us to pick it up. Such wonderful people.
