Whoever you chose for your special day - I definitely would NOT hire dimensions by dan!! Our wedding day was 4/30/22. Immediately when we got on the party bus the passenger area was burning up. Instead of cold air it was literally like a heater turned on! So we were in a black bus with high 80's outside and it was like a sauna on the inside! Most definitely not okay! This issue was realized immediately upon getting into the bus however the driver then decided to route us to the church using complete feeder roads from Magnolia to Willowbrook placing us directly into known construction traffic that made us come to a complete standstill! Mind you, the air never cooled in the back and here I am as the bride sweating and in a corset wedding dress with rising anxiety and I almost passed out at one point had it not been for my girls cooling me down by wetting napkins and trying to fan me down!! Needless to say we didn't arrive to the church until 1:50 or later for a 2pm wedding!! After the wedding although he finally drove on 249, the bus still was a hot sauna and we were told the buses would be swapped, however we had the same hot bus without the ac on the way back to the venue. I had politely asked for a refund and he went around and around giving excuses and long story short it's now been 3 months and nada- he's done nothing to make up for the horrible service so now I feel at this point I will end up having to take my story and experience to the facebook, google, & yelp reviews because no bride should have to have the nightmare of transportation that occured for me on their wedding day! ... so now time to spread the word to AVOID them!!

*BEWARE* Rented a Limosine from Dan for my sons birthday. Limosine showed up 10minutes late. The Limosine provided was over 20 years old, the interior was covered in animal hair, smelled, air conditioning barely worked, the entire interior was extremely dirty and old. There was a huge dent on the side of it and I was told the driver was side swiped before arriving to my sons party. Called Dan, he stated that was not the Limosine I was supposed to receive. Stated he would call me back and 'make it right'. It's been a week and no return call. I plan to file a BBB complaint this week. Please beware of this company!!!

We were referred to Dan from a family member. We booked him for our Daughter's Wedding on 1/21/23. He worked with us on how many hours we would need the limo for, the driver was great very professional he even took the bride and groom after the church service on a joy ride before dropping them off at the reception. We will definitely use him again and refer him to everyone. The customer service, price for limo rental was amazing!! Thank you Dan.

I used Dimensions by Dan for my birthday earlier this month. I called last minute the day before, and they happened to have one limo available for us. We had a fantastic experience! I brought my daughter(3), husband, grandparents, and a few other family members to look at Christmas lights. We didn't have a real plan; we just wanted to see some lights and drive around. The limo was brand new, clean, and stocked with all we needed. We jammed Christmas music the whole time and saw some great lights. Our driver, Dedric, was very kind, helpful, and went with our flow. We had so much fun. The booking process was quick and easy. Dan is incredibly nice and helpful as well. He even followed up a couple of days later to thank us for the business. We will use Dimensions by Dan for all of our Limo needs in the future!

We hired this company to take a group of customers from Magnolia Tx to Galveston Texas in August of 2022. When we first got on the shuttle it was warm but we turned the air down and all 14 of us thought that we just needed to give it time to cool off in this summer heat that we have been having. As time went on it was getting hotter an hotter on the vehicle (over 90 degrees at times) At one point we had to stop and some of our guests bought Dramamine to help with the nausea from the ride in the heat. Once arriving in Galveston I asked to driver to please work on the AC while we were off the vehicle and if it could not be fixed then please have the owner send another vehicle. Our Business Development Officer was in communication with Dan and we honestly felt that it was getting fixed or they were sending another vehicle. Well that did not happen we got back on the shuttle and were told that they are pretty sure one of the AC compressors is going out and to hurry and get on so they could shut the door and get back to Magnolia. So we headed back praying it would not be so bad. It was still hot and uncomfortable. This was a very embarrassing situation for us as a Company to have our customers go thru, one customer even called her husband to be picked up in Galveston because she could not ride back with that heat which caused her to not feel well. We asked the owner of the company for some type of compensation from the trip and we were told that all he could do is discount on the next trip booked but there will not be a next trip. I want to say that our Driver was very nice and felt very bad for what we were going thru but I am very disappointed in the feedback we received from the owner of the company.

This is the second year in a row that we used Dan's for a Prom limousine. Second year in a row that the kids received outstanding service. They showed up exactly on time and were great with the kids and all their stops and requests! He even surprised us with his stretch suburban! Great service! We highly recommend!
