Dripped in diamonds. I've been eager to find a satisfying and tasty birria taco within the loop. So many elements must come together to perfect a birria taco's harmony of flavors. Dripped is a diamond on the rough. The tacos were toasty and the consommé was delicate and tasty. Topped with red pickled onions and filled with high quality beef and melty white cheese. I opted for extra fresh chopped onions and cilantro. It comes with 2 sauces which are amazing. I ordered the cilantro lime sauce to sample and TBH the house sauces were better. Thanks for a fine meal on a rainy day. I will be back. Can't wait to try the chicken birria.

Dripped Birria, a place that specializes in the popularized Birria Tacos. As you enter the aromatic restaurant, you're met with two kiosks and a helpful gentleman in the front - both can help take your order. For my meal, I ordered the Quesabirria Tacos. The tacos were placed neatly alongside a few limes and the Birria sauce - the Birria sauce paired nicely with cheesy, tendered-meat tacos. I also enjoyed the dripped fries which had a unique flavor, which ended up ALL in my stomach! Also, props to Dripped Birria, since it was one of the few stops you can go to at 1 am - I was able to fill an empty stomach and find an amazing taco place (I will definitely go again...when I am back in Houston!).

First time trying Dripped Birria, and it was surprisingly good despite not knowing what to expect. Besides, I've been wanting to try Birria Tacos for quite some time now. First, I had the Birria Tacos w/ Consume and a lime. The Birria Meat was tender and flavorful. Dipped the Tacos in Consume, and that took the flavor to a whole new level. Second, I had the Dripped Fries, and it had a very unique flavor profile that I couldn't quite put my finger on, but it worked. The BBQ sauce was a sweet sauce, the sauces, the birria meat, and the cheese all worked well together. Lastly and surprisingly, my favorite dish of the day was the Birria Quesadilla. It's the same flavor profile as the Tacos, but it's topped with the green and red sauces with lime and pickled onions ( and I love pickled onions). I also dipped it in Consume and I felt like I was going to heaven. I will get everything again when I return. Maybe I'll try the Birria Ramen next time. You got yourself a new customer. Will definitely return!!

This is absolutely some of the most repulsive food I've had in my life.... First time being in Houston trying the food scene and this is not a good start, i ordered the quesabirria tacos and quesadilla via DoorDash . First of all the quesadilla was soggy AS HELL looked nothing like the he pics on DoorDash and tasted absolutely terrible to say the least , the tacos were just as soggy with more cheese than actual meat, the meat that WAS present tasted like crayola crayons . The consome was decent and saved the day and made the first and last 2 bites of each somewhat appealing. Also my wife ordered ansome elote that was not bad i gave it a 5 which is surpassing the rest of the menu at this place. I can't speak on the service so I'll just assume that it is great given that the food was like this.... All and all i cannot say this was a great experience it in fact made my stomach hurt and waste $50 on professional trash food , i hope that changes are made to this restaurant for their sake and the future customers

For a place that has the word Birria in their name.. you would expect their birria tacos to be fire but unfortunately they are not. I was there for the grand opening and I will say the tacos were delicious but I just went back today and I'm sad to report. I give them a 3 out of 10. The meat was rough, the cheese wasn't even fully melted within the taco, and my consume was cold. Very disappointed. I hope they are able to get it back to what it was when they first opened.

I should have listened to all the previous Yelp reviews. This place was a bust. I ordered the dropped nachos on Uber eats, I'd been eyeing it for weeks. When they arrived, they were in on of those tiny to-go boxes, which I thought was strange for nachos. I opened them and was immediately disappointed, a few chips, brownish guacamole, separating sour cream and cold birria meat. To top it off, my chips were all soggy and bendy and stale. I asked for the queso on the side to avoid that, however it didn't matter. 10/10 do NOT recommend. It's not worth the money or the calories. There are better places than this!

I order from here often. Nothing fancy, just good birria tacos. They always arrive quickly, hot & fresh. The consommé is so good. Just the right portion, not too salty. If you've never tried it, you won't be disappointed.
