After a day at the Memorial Herman Park we worked up an appetite and decided to check out this restaurant since it was near by and the Mr wanted some birria. Not an extensive menu so it was quesobirria tacos with rice and beans with a side of some dripped birria nachos. The food took approximately 10 to 15 once we ordered came out hot, fresh and very tasteful. Customer service was good. They have dedicated parking.The only thing I didn't like was while we were eating she was mopping and there was a heavy smell of fabolouso present. Overall it was a good experience and we will try the other locations.

Dripped Birria is all things birria, and I LOVED it. They are open late night until like 3/4 am. The menu is very short and simple. Birria tacos, nachos, fries, or ramen and then a couple side items like elote etc. I ordered the birria ramen for the first time and I was not disappointed at all . It was so hot and the birria was so juicy the broth/consume was very flavorful. One thing I would suggest is if they used actual ramen noodles and not pack ramen. The elote was soo good probably the best I have had in s while.

We stopped by Dripped on Valentine's Day and it was a great experience! Food was absolutely delicious. We had the special which was 10 tacos in a cute heart shaped tray, rice, and the elotes. The consume was so flavorful.

The birria was soft and the tortillas were crispy. The consome was 6/10 because it was not super flavorful. The wait was about 20 minutes. Wish there was a place to sit outside by the food truck.

I was really excited to try this place! It was good- not amazing. I had the birria tacos and elote. I wouldn't ge the get corn again but tacos were good.

Amazing. I went twice. Located beside two other food trucks. Definitely the best of the three. You order on a tablet & wait for your name to be called. Parking isn't great but the entire street is Full of fun stuff to visit while you're waiting on your food. I got the tacos, and the quesadilla as well as the elote. 10 out of 10 for the tacos, consume & quesadillas, and I don't use that rating lightly!

This was not good in my opinion. The meat and sauce had no flavor. Literally $12 for 3 tacos with consume and it was flavorless. I was traveling and asked for hot sauce and they said it was in the bag. She was referring to the consume. It came with pickles onions which was weird. My son enjoyed the ramen birria but i would not go again.

Stopped by this place on a Tuesday for some tacos. Man I was SO disappointed. I don't think I've ever given tacos a 1 star, but I couldn't even finish my tacos. I ate one of the three I was given. They were soooo greasy, the consommé was just super bland and the cheese really overpowered the meat flavor in the taco. I would absolutely bypass this place and head to another taco truck in Houston
