Seamless rental experience with this location!! After my car was put in the shop I needed a rental for a few days. I came by this location and was met with phenomenal service. In no time the employee got me in nice 4 runner and out the door. I had the car over the weekend and when I returned the same guy was working. Again, I was met with quick and helpful service. If I need to rent again, I'll be back to this location simply because of how easy they made the process on me during a time of need.

The Silber Rd. location in Houston is great. The manager, Darian, runs a professional team and services you himself as well. The cars are clean and the process is quick to receive your vehicle.

I decided to rent a car for a day while in Houston and this location was near my hotel. I hate dealing with rental car companies in general, so I always go in a little nervous. The Enterprise is located right on Main Street and was easy to find. The two associates in the store were really nice. The female associate I worked with checked in to make sure there was a car available for me, which I hoped was the case since I reserved one. She found a car for me and walked me over to their lot which is inside of a parking garage that's connected to the location. As we were walking she told me she upgraded me at no charge because she wasn't sure I'd fit in the car I requested. I chuckled and thanked her, even though I knew I would have, but a free upgrade is a free upgrade. The Jeep was great. Dirty on the outside (bug guts, even the associate made comment) though and a little dirty on the inside. I returned the car after-hours in the instructed spot which they'll go over before you leave. The next day I had to call to get a receipt since one was not mailed to me once the car was checked back in. Overall a good experience. If in Houston again I would absolutely use this Enterprise. The rate was cheap, there was no hassle, and the customer service was great.

If I could give this location a negative star rating I would most definitely do so! The receptionist had a nasty little attitude and when I asked to speak to someone else she directed me to the "branch manager" who was just as unhelpful as she was. They wouldn't allow me to get a vehicle without a card *that has my name on it* that they could charge and have on file even though the one I gave them was a bank card that had my husbands name on it for the account that WE SHARE! I even got a temporary card since that one would have my name on it but of course the people at this location "couldn't take a temporary card either". The reservation was made by my insurance company and if I would've known that this branch was this terrible I would've never had our agent make the reservation here! Stay away from this location unless you're looking to waste a significant amount of your time.

Scheduled a rental on line while truck was being repaired. The website asked when i wanted to pick up and where.I made the payment. An hour after i called they called MY WIFE and said " we don't have any cars ". When i called they said " oh the website bookings are not accurate. it happens all the time. My opinion is that is horrible customer service. One star is exceptionally generous.

I called o. Tuesday to change my reservation time on Wednesday to 1pm. I got there on Wednesday and this rude lady was telling me that my reservation was changed to Tuesday. I booked this reservation a month ago. So know I'm out of luck, want be going no where. Thanks.
