I want to dedicate this 5-star review to this Enterprise Rent-a-car agency on Highway 69 (aka Southwest Freeway) in Westwood as my first review of 2025. I rented a car last September. I had a glitch with pricing with a new agent at the time time of pick up. After I messaged the manager, he fixed it on the same day. I was forever grateful for his attitude. The service was great. Employees were friendly. The vehicle I rented ran pretty good. It was a weekend trip from Houston to New Braunfels. I was glad there were so many selections. I would definitely come back to rent another car from this location.

My friend got into and accident and got a car rental from this location. The reps name was Colten. He knew she had her rental through her insurance and the amount she was supposed to have for her rental per day. My friend is deaf so she had her mom call before hand and confirm that there was not going to be anything extra added so nothing would come out of pocket. Somehow Colten managed to add coverages to her rental even though there is no possible way she could have agreed unless he somehow knew sign language usage which we know is not the case. All he could tell her mom when she called was that "she agreed" to everything. He at no point started signing with her so we know that is not the case. VERY UNETHICAL DUDE!

Took my car to the dealer to have some recall work done, and it ended up being an estimated 10 hours to complete. Much to my pleasure anything over 3 hours and the dealership will get you a complementary rental car from Enterprise, so that you're not stuck sitting in the dealership all day (and al night). I was really surprised with how kind, courteous, and professional the staff were at Enterprise. Last time I rented a car from this company (different location) every single person that worked there acted like they had just rolled out of a frat house- even the ladies. It felt very insincere and was off putting, so I wasn't sure how this experience would go. Beginning with the gentlemen that picked me up from the dealer, to the employee that helped me fill out the required paperwork and take me to my rental were all superb. Not to mention they were having issues with their computers and had to use work arounds to confirm reservations and get people in and out- a frustrating experience for employees, I know! Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and was apologetic about the delay due to computer issues. Even with the delay I was in my rental car within 30 minutes of arriving, and that's with 2 others in front of me. Returning the car was also super easy, and I managed to get the car returned, checked in and then myself returned to the dealership within 15 minutes the next day. No one likes to wait, and the staff here were great at making sure no one waited longer than needed.

Worst service I have gotten anywhere in my whole existence. Kevin has made me feel like I'm trash and apparently he thinks so because he gave me a car that literally smells like pee and trash. I really hope this can be resolved somehow.

Had a relatively good experience here, Trent made it better when he waived a fee that didn't pertain to being the customers fault. Being in customer service as well, he took amazing precautions to make sure I left happy and had a great experience! Kudos to this location.

my rental was broken into-window smashed. After calling my ins company & Enterprise, they set me up with a new rental. I went to this location and they wouldn't let me take the car without paying the $500 deductible. It took me all day to get this figured out. The supervisor at this location was WRONG!! I didn't have to pay ANYTHING - and I wonder what he was going to do with my $500? Turn out my HO insurance covers the damage to the rental. I went to another location (Murphy Road-Stafford) and drove away with a new rental within 5 minutes. Don't pay anything!!! it's a scam.

My mother went to this location to pick up a car she previously booked through our insurance. When she got there, they attempted to give her a smaller car she didn't book. She tried explaining to the worker the issue, but he claimed there was nothing that could be done. The main reason for the low review isn't the car, it was the way the branch manager, Colten Brackin, acted. He overheard the conversation between the worker and my mother, told him not to give my mother a car at all, told her to leave, and threw his card at her. Told her she can report him if she wanted too. My mother is a well spoken, calm woman. She doesn't raise her voice, doesn't call people out their name, and she doesn't curse. This issue has been bothering her, and I don't like seeing her this way. This is not how you treat any customer, and she felt discriminated against. I pray no one else goes through what she went through. She ended up canceling her entire trip because of this.
