Tan is amazing and makes sure you are taken care of. Room is clean and ac is ice cold. Room is very clean and the hotel is very quiet. They also have a nice pool for your kids to play at. Location is prime as well and price is amazing for the location.

Almost all amenities not working rooms are broken or missing drawers and the supposed manager included his picture , was found to be belligerent insulting vulgar and power tripping on the paying guests not just myself but many other incidents were witnessed. When I asked him how he thinks he can treat people this way. He told me to pack my F-ING bags and kicking me out. BEWARE this place will take your money AND disrespect you. AND ESA not only condones this behavior they backed him up so I left

The owner of this hotel is very violent and verbally abusive. He portrays himself as just the manager when in reality he is the actual owner. This man-child will literally cause a confrontation and then refuse to speak to you because you are a woman and demand to speak to your husband. Funny story thought because the reservation is in my name as the primary and my husband is on there as a authorized occupant. So everything came to a head because i asked this man for my taxes back after spending over 30 days at the hotel, for which i have proof, i booked and paid the reservation through his front desk staff so that he no longer had to pay booking.com whatever fee he was talking about. I paid an $85 flat rate for my room which cost me about $60 more a week in the long run. I started doing this on August 22nd so September 22nd made my 30 days which by Texas State Tax Code Law i become tax free and can get my taxes back from the previous 30 days. After asking the owner about this he became extremely rude and verbally abusive claiming i was yelling at him and he did not like how i was speaking to him. My tone stayed the same the whole time, i finished the conversation by saying ok sir I'm 5 months pregnant and don't have the energy to argue with you any further. He then yelled at me then you all can pack your bags and get out or i will call the police, then referred to me as a huge problem even though i never come out of my room. This is the same man that belittles you when his staff cusses you out. This man has his whole family staying at the hotel so don't be shocked when you see his wife, young son, dad, mother and grandmother sitting behind the desk, sitting in the lobby, walking around the hotel staring into rooms and all that good stuff. Also don't expect to have any type of breakfast cause he doesn't provide or order it to the hotel. He is constantly on his phone claiming meetings instead of tending to guests standing at the desk.

Apparently nothing has been improved upon since all the previous reviews. It still stinks horribly and bath tub is ridiculous. It's run down. We were booked to stay here all week, we are leaving in the morning. We would've left tonight, but just too tired after a 9 hour drive from Oklahoma. This trip was stressful enough with having to go to MD Anderson after a cancer diagnosis. i wouldn't stay here for $19.99 a night again.

If I could give them any less stars then 1 then I would. Check in took forever because desk lady had trouble finding me the correct room I reversed it for a week prior then she was going to charge me around $280 per night after asking me if I am attending an event at NRG when I had already reserve it for for $90 per night. Fast forward to getting the studio, the elevator wasn't working so we had to carry everything up to the third floor mind you we have a toddler and a dog with us. Any other hotel I've stayed at with my dog we were put on the first floor. When we got to the room, the room had a very strong smell of smoke that would not go away. There were stains on the floor and walls. If I had not reserve our stay in advance and had to pay the actual price they are charging I would be pissed. The pull out mattress was stained with no sheets provided in the room, the toilet would not flush properly and would take a few tries, and there were missing drawers in the kitchen. There was no other room available so we had to deal with it. I do not recommend staying here.

I would improve the cleanliness, pest control, smell, and staff. This place was disgusting. Could not stay here. It would be better to pitch a tent....Trust me. This place is rank.

Don't waste your time or money. I stayed here for 6 nights. Each night was worse than the previous. When we first got into the room, we noticed there was blood on the sheets (not Ours). Went to the front desk to tell them and instead of them apologizing and fixing it, they asked which sheet it was and just handed me one sheet and told me to fix it myself. Next day, there was an event at the NRG stadium. When I pulled in the parking lot to park my car, they had sold all of the spots in the lot to people for the stadium event. Then told me if I wanted to park, I would need to pay $20. This is just the beginning of the 6 terrible nights we had.

Not a safe spot for women on their own. Visited the Texas Medical Center for a week while nephew was fighting for his life in the ICU at Memorial Herman. I called beforehand to check the rate for my dogs and was told $29 for 6 days but additional $50 for over 7 days. Room smelled bad. Hallway smelled bad. No hair conditioner or pots and pans. One entry and exit for the hotel was blocked by construction and jackhammering at 6:30am. Breakfast consists of oatmeal, protein bars, and muffins. The cherry on top was Khalil accusing me of not paying the pet deposit after seeing me with my pups going into my room on the last night. I walked up to the front desk and asked for a fork. Khalil said, "do you have something you want to tell me." I replied, "Jesus Loves You." Khalil replied, "I'm going to ask you again, do you have something you want to tell me." This happened 3 times. He then looks up my room number and confirmed that I paid the deposit, and proceeds to get the forks. I asked for an apology for accusing me of lying and he said, "I'm not apologizing." I was shocked. Do better Khalil, be more polite to guest overpaying at your hotel. After checking out, I was charged another pet fee after they got it wrong the first time.

Not sanitary. Had to change towels for new one. I asked for an extra towel and gave me alittle attitude about it. Come to room and about to use a towel and on towel is a nasty wet booger. Even took a picture of it. I bring the towel back down and I can tell she already knew. She even denied saying the towel didn't come from her. I just picked up the towel from her. Ridiculous nasty place. Cant believe she try to pretty much say I did that. She basically chuckled as I'm saying this. Got my self a refund so fast. Definitely never go here. She didn't even want the manager involved that's how I know she did it. Stay away from this grimy place. Wish I took a picture of that lady that gave me these towels.
