Genesis is the BEST car/limo service in Houston and the surrounding areas!! I worked with Rafik to arrange a limo for my wedding and he was a joy to work with the whole time. He was also very fast to respond to any questions I had. He worked with me to arrange a limo and price that would best fit our needs. He was also very understanding when we had some last minute changes to our day of schedule- most people would not be nearly as understanding and flexible. Rafik helped make the planning process so much easier and really provided us with exceptional customer service. The driver was also on time and very friendly, the limo itself was just as described and met all our expectations. I will most definitely be a customer for life! Look no further, you will not regret working with this company!

Used Genesis last night to transport my colleagues and myself to a work awards event. Everyone absolutely loved the limo! Very spacious, accommodated 13 of us including a few very tall men that are 6 ft. Plus. Limo came fully stocked with ice, cups, & my mixers of choice. We had such a good time. Would fully recommend.

Rafik, you are simply the best. In search of my sister in laws limo. Chose white for the bride to be. Genesis Limo answered the call. I had actually placed about 15 calls this day in search of a white limo and when I dialed Genesis I did not get an answer. It's okay because bout time I ended all my calls Mr. Rafik called Me back y'all! Mr. Rafik owner of Genesis Limo had the best lowest price out of all the calls I made and must I tell you, I was so relieved not only did he return my call the low quote he sent me the most beautiful pictures of the limo I had ever seen in my life. Seri jolt y'all I was thinking of decorating you know Mike the door handles with flowers and this and that but did not because the limo was a beauty and shined all by itself. I just got small just married heart decals that cost $3.66 on amazon and slapped them on by the handles. Wow amazing limo. Thank Mr. Rafik for being so kind so patient because the Mormon G of the trip to The Bell Tower I asked if he could make two trips at the last minute and without hesitation he honored my request and I was in search of a black limo and he went out of his way to try and find me one. He drop off my wedding party in time and pick them up promptly as well. His spirit was so kind when I met him I was just amazed. He's the one people! Looking for good service, kind and patient person, prompt service I advise you to call Mr. Rafik with Genesis Limo! AMAZING! My husband and I recently got married and we needed transportation for our out of town guests (70+ passengers) to several of our events. The buses: they were extremely clean and luxurious. They were in the very best shape on the outside AND inside. The larger one even had a bathroom on it! The staff: professional, friendly, timely, and great at their jobs! From the drivers to the office staff, everyone was awesome! They made sure everyone was safe and had a good time. We worked with Matt and he was so accommodating. We were able to ask him a ton of questions and he was extremely upfront and honest with all of his responses. He made everything so easy and took a huge amount of stress off of us. The pricing: it can't be beat! Pricing is incredible! Well worth every dollar spent! Bottom line: if you need transportation for ANYTHING...whether it be a wedding, party, or just a trip to the airport, use Genesis! They will not let you down in any way!

I got married over Memorial Day weekend, which so happens to be smack dab in the middle of prom season. Not only was Matt accommodating with our reservation times, but I shopped around and his pricing was very reasonable. On the day of my wedding, his drivers were prompt and professional, and the party bus and limo were clean and comfy! We were able to control the music and climate on a panel without bothering the driver. A good tip Matt gave me was to ask limo companies to send pictures of their ACTUAL limos. Oftentimes, companies will post pictures of their fleet to lure in customers, but send out a different vehicle for pickup. He saved me a headache on my wedding day; his limos were exactly as pictured. Highly recommended!

Made reservations a month in advance with all details for prom night. Several hours before due they called and said would be an hour late. So what about dinner reservations for 8 teenagers then they say if you take them to restaurant that limo would pick them up. We had to change restaurant get parents to transport 8 seniors. Driver shows up in run down dented limo with tears in the roof. Need I say more. Then the guy want to charge full rate lol what a joke this company is
