So I wanted to buy a ticket so I could go from Houston to Dallas. I tried to buy it online but I was having an extremely hard time so I went in person and I had to wait like 30 minutes because the person was on lunch not a big deal. I bought my ticket and left and came back on my appointment date and everything was fine. The reason why they don't get five stars is because of the location there was a bunch of homeless dirty creepy people around the bus station. Four stars because it was somewhat easy to buy the ticket it was somewhat cheap and effective. Lacking a star because of the location and cleanliness. Also just an FYI when I was going from Dallas to Houston on Greyhound bus the bus left 15 minutes early and I had to wait an hour for the next bus so just make sure you're extremely early to your appointment I would say 30 minutes, bus drivers are leaving early because they can no one is in forcing what time they leave. I know this reviews all over the place but just wanted to put it all out there. Lol.

I am a mother with five kids trying to get back home to family. We missed the Greyhound bus due to one of the kids being ill and they're refusing a refund or voucher to book another trip. I called and spoke to someone through their customer service line and she said there's nothing they can do. We are out of $699(I can provide booking proof). We're on a fixed income with social security and I'm disabled. This is completely unacceptable and downright disgusting and ridiculous to not provide any kind of compensation. I will exhaust every legal option to get my $699. This was my social security check!!!!!!! I am broke, stranded and out of my disability check because of them!!!!!!! THEY ARE THIEVES BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the ride into Houston from Louisiana was a breeze and the driver was considerate and understanding. the experience trying to leave Houston to go home was horrible. the driver and staff was rude, inconsiderate & decided to show how she (the driver) can through her "rights" around by not allowing me and my children to board the bus, sitting in the parking lot while we watched and tried to reason with the driver to board and were here on time but not the time she requires riders to be here, because she have her own set of rules. Greyhound the website doesn't give the drivers requirements and I feel that should be updated asap so another family won't be stranded in a different state for 4-5 more hours. disabled, stranded with my children one school aged

Se hurtaron mi equipaje de bodega y mi bolso de mano, en la estacion de Houston, en el viaje q salió de San Antonio el 27 de mayo del 2025 a la 1 y 30pm. El bus llegó a Houston a las 6pm. Nadie sabe decirme nada. Presenté mi reclamo. No me han dado acceso a las camaras de la estacion, como la del interior del bus. He presentado el reclamo y pareciera q se esta ocultando a alguien. do not book with greyhound you will never geta refund although they specify several break downs on how to get a refund on their website. you will be met with a thousand reasons on why theyd rather give a voucher that isnt even what youve paid towards your trip. use any other option for travel if you can.

When I'm riding the bus here it's Baehound, because I'm the Boba Bae now apparently. insta @BobaBae But I don't ride Greyhounds anymore so don't get your hopes up. I have nothing against this Greyhound station but like many of them it should probably have slightly better security, and Houston sn't actually Grand Central on the massive network of buses - in fact Dallas has a much more thriving Hub, although their station isn't really much better than this one. In fact they're both run down, in iffy spots, and kinda sketchy inside and out. And way overcrowded, especially Dallitos. But Houston has its pluses. It does have one of the best restaurants in the country across the street - Nara Thai, which is cheap too - so that's a big plus and it literally is 30 seconds from the door, and this station is also within walking distance of all the good stuff downtown.

If I could give them zero stars I would. First I bought a ticket from Houston to Fort Worth that departed in 3 hours. I decided that I didn't want to use the service anymore, I tried to cancel my trip and they said that they don't refund me back any money but a voucher. the voucher would also be 25% of the original cost of the ticket. this predatory

I had been traveling by Greyhound many years ago from and to NY-NJ-DE-DC and I wouldn't have any trouble with them... Let see one friend is coming May 14 from sn Antonio to Houston and I recommended hope everything will be great in Jesus's name
