The stay here went fairly without issue, except my shower door would not stay closed. I reported it to the front desk several times, but it was never corrected. The free wifi though was pretty slow, so they definitely need to work on that. Other than that, the room was nice. It was in a good area to quickly get to food or to the interstate, so it was very convenient. I'd consider staying here again.

I wound up here due to a layover/missed-connection flight on United. The airline issued a voucher for 1 free, but the hotel was already sold out (smh). Despite this awkward booking error -- which United is 100% at fault for-- Alex was a hospitality CHAMPION! He did everything humanly possible to provide a solution, while single-handedly manning the front desk + phones. Even though I could not get a room here, the customer service alone deserves 5*. I highly recommend this location & would absolutely try this property if an opportunity presented itself in the future.

Rooms were extremely dirty and website said there was a 24 hour shuttle which is not true.

Well for starters the staff was rude. Went through 3 different rooms before they weren't properly clean. Last but not least to reiterate my first point I asked for more towels because I was traveling with a party of 4 and the receptionist didn't even check before telling me what she didn't have but then comes back without what she stated was available.

This hotel is in a great location because it's close to the airport. However, for the amount of money you're paying, the quality of the hotel is not there. I had stained sheets and pillow cases. The door hinge of the dressers were falling off. Customer service wasn't that great. The staff was friendly, but they were not knowledgeable about the amenities of the hotel. The ambiance inside of the hotel was okay.

I really don't see how one review can say the hotel is dirty and then another say it's super clean??? First, let me state that I am glad that there are affordable hotels still out there and really, if that's what you need, this fits the bill. I also realize this review is slightly more about me and how I need to stop staying at Hampton's. This hotel is sad. It is definitely not clean. It IS maintained, relatively speaking, but not clean. Also, our primary reason for staying was the shuttle. . . THEY DONT HAVE AN AIRPORT SHUTTLE lol. They have a vehicle they share with other properties that runs . . . Ready for this my regular travelers. . . Once every hour . . . That has 5 seats. I called ahead and was told "no, you don't need to give your name, just show up at 6am. . ." Umm no. Needless to say, we didn't get the shuttle and spent about 33% of the hotel cost on just getting to the airport. . . Good work Hampton! 100% satisfaction . . . Um, another no.

I spent one night here, although the front desk staff was nice the rooms were not up to date. The pictures posted on here by the owner are old and it does not look the same now. The sheets smelled like sweat, had a hard time sleeping in them. Wish I noticed that earlier would've asked to change rooms but i didn't get in bed until midnight and it was just too late to move rooms so i didn't complain. The room also smelled off, the carpet needs washing it left my feet sticky. The fridge also smelled. The hinges for cabinets seemed like they were gonna fall off. The sockets by the bed didn't work and were extremely loose they wouldn't even hold my charger in. The door is so off balance i had to kick it to close and yank to open. Fire sprinkler was missing its fitting. Just ghetto experience in general. Very disappointed with this Hilton Hampton.

This is the second time we've stayed here by the Houston airport. We met a young man the other time who said his family owned this property as well as the adjoining hotel. On this occasion as well as the last time we stayed here I would say the experience qualifies as a five-star Hilton stay. Courtesy, substance and conduct from the front desk staff as well as the cleaning lady were 1st rate. I don't want to penalize my opinion because of covid-19 restrictions. It probably helped in fact that there were so few people coming in to stay because service was quick. Our room was textbook perfect except our window was positioned right behind an architectural feature on the front of the hotel. There was really no view but we really didn't care about that. I had interaction with the front desk staff on several occasions for different reasons. I kind of felt they were textbook perfect. They actually compare favorably to the kind of conduct we get five star hotels like a Ritz-Carlton, four seasons where Conrad. It's way over the top to think we paid 1/8 or 1/10 the price here to Hampton inn at IAH. Okay I get it that this is no resort... Not like the facilities and all Beyonce the Ritz-Carlton or four seasons. Just the same we would not hesitate to come back and stay here again.

Friendly front desk staff brings their stars up! There were a few dirty items. Also it was a bit noisy. Internet was awful, powers was off and on. Also, the business center was closed. Very disappointed they didn't tell us.

The hotel is near the airport but the shuttle stops at 9:00 so you have to taxi or Uber, there is no late check out unless you are a diamond member and that water has a funky smell and taste. Breakfast is hot. The room was clean.
