Back in December I stayed and was not all over the Yelp scene like I am now but this visit continues to haunt me so I decided to come in and drop a review so maybe they can sort it out and get some folks some training so they know what to do or make some improvement to the way they do business. First when I checked in there was no one at the counter. I waited around patiently for the front desk clerk to come back from god knows where. So as usual I check in and give them my CLC card or corporate lodging to bill for my stay and then my corporate credit card for any incidentals. The clerk says to me thank you for being a loyal Diamond member and for that I am offering you a free upgrade to a king suite. So I'm thinking awesome. The room was not well lit and only had two lights in it one by the bed and one at the desk. How the heck was I suppose to see anything. So I'm also thinking I will have a pretty nice view of something in the surrounding area when I look out my window. Again disappointment. My view was the side of building. So let's move to check out day. Now Ive had this happen before they bill my credit card and not CLC. So I've learned to double check before I leave. I was assured my CLC card was billed. Almost 2 months later here comes an over $200 charge to my credit card. So I go to call the hotel directly rings like 20 times so I'm guessing the clerk is off again doing who knows what just like when I checked in and is to busy to pick up. So I had to call Hilton Honors directly to open a case just so I can get stuff billed properly. It hard enough doing all the traveling hotels should not make it harder. Especially when you are registered as a Corporate lodging approved hotel. Your staff should know the process and if they don't maybe your training needs more time on this process. Never again at this location. To many headaches.

Pulled into the parking lot at 9pm. Place looked closed with 2 cars and some dumpsters in the parking lot. Found the door to the inside. What a mess. A total demolition was in progress. No mention of this on Hilton.com! Woman/Clerk sitting at a desk in what was a lobby at one time told me construction started over a year ago. You have to walk through the construction to get to the elevators. Room was remodeled and nice except tub filled with water when showering. Clogged drain. Disappointing property owner and Hilton!

We are Hilton Honors members, and we've always in the past had positive experiences in Hampton Inns. However, this hotel is a tremendous disappointment. First, we have been here four days and our room has still not been cleaned, despite THREE requests on our part, assurances that it would be done, and even a posted sign in the bathroom stating that the rooms are cleaned every other day. This has resulted in piles of trash in our room, taking up space, looking unappealing, stinking, and potentially attracting bugs. The ice room is also piled with trash, presumably from other guests also exasperated with the absence of any cleaning services. Second, the breakfast service. This is usually one of the biggest perks to a Hampton Inn stay, but in this hotel it is a real let down. Only one of their waffle makers is functional, resulting in very long lines and disgruntled guests. The first morning here there was also no fruit and no orange juice. This morning we were greeted with the announcement, "Solo bacon," meaning all that they had was bacon. No eggs, no potatoes. No OJ, again, either. And no apology. We were also baffled to learn that the front desk staff is apparently woefully unaware of the local businesses around here. In particular, we came asked at the front desk if there were any rental car companies nearby, and they said no. So, we figured we would have to call an Uber. However, a quick Google search revealed that there was one less than a mile away, within walking distance. The first night here we also requested an extra blanket only to be told they did not have any, nor any extras of ANYTHING available. Lastly, when we first arrived the bathroom was found to have a strange, viscous substance on the door handle, the toilet flush handle, and the edge of the bathroom door. It was like Vaseline. No idea what it was. We cleaned it ourselves. The hotel in general is a bit dirty and run-down, with some areas looking particularly shabby. Not a single phone outlet on the bedside table worked. The view from our room was a wall, and the floor outside was filthy. The hot tub has also been out of service during our entire visit. We remained here rather than leaving only because it is Thanksgiving weekend and so many places are booked. In short, this Hampton Inn definitely does not live up to the normal high standards of a Hilton/Hampton establishment. By all means, I recommend you avoid staying here until/unless the management makes SIGNIFICANT changes.

Hotel is ok. Reason for the 3 stars: I like good water pressure in my shower. It was super weak. I like hot showers... water was Luke warm at best. The location is ok but not the best. Bed and pillows were comfortable. AC worked well but felt humid in the room. Ok hotel but not the best

This hotel is gross It stinks of mold and mildew They had people trying to get in our room because they had us in another room with a smoke detector that was faulty Also told us there were no towels on our second night He didn't have access to them. He found pool towels for us to use. Blood on the sheets and roaches.

I am a Lifetime Diamond so I have been in many Hiltons over the last 12 years. I stayed at this hotel 2 weeks ago and had a great experience. I stayed last week and felt like I was in a different hotel. The young woman working the desk in the evenings was condescending in her tone. She needed to stop talking and listen to the customer. I had excellent housekeeping the first week - last week I requested daily again and they showed up once in 5 days. The one time they did show up the bathroom wasn't clean after their visit. I reported the shower leaking like a sieve and was told it was fixed. I have a picture showing the soaking wet bath mat after the "fix". Apparently the fix was to point the shower head to the far wall - I had to stand with my back against the wall to get water on the front side of my body. The hallways were dirty and not vacuumed once during my 5 day stay. All the stuff on the floor just outside my door was still there when I checked out. The room did not have a bedside clock. I requested one and was told by the front desk person that "Hilton is no longer required to have clocks in the room". I made many suggestions on how they could find one and they eventually brought me a bedside clock. All in all this last week was a very disappointing stay. I have booked for next week and hoping the experience is more in line with my first stay here 2 weeks ago. I will not be returning if the experience is like last week.

I had a family emergency and needed a room for 4 days. I booked this hotel because of its' location - it was close to everything that I needed. I was treated very kindly from the moment I started the booking until the very last day I left. All the staff members are very kind and polite. The front desk lady was extremely helpful. I had made a phone call and needed certain arrangements and questions answered. I didn't catch her name, but thank you for being so kind and helpful. I stayed in a room that had 2 queen size beds. There was a refrigerator, microwave, and TV in the room. The rooms are a little older, but everything was fine. I enjoyed having a refrigerator and microwave in the room - very convenient for storing my leftovers. The beds had clean sheets and pillow cases. The shower was clean, no hairs on the bathroom floor. There were plenty of clean towels. The carpet was a little sticky, so I kept my shoes on. I enjoyed my stayed here and would recommend this hotel simply because the staff are so welcoming. The hospitality was excellent! P.S. free breakfast from 6AM - 10AM daily! (: I took food back to my room and then fell back asleep.

So I'm currently in Houston to support my partner that's doing military training here. I check out today and check outs at 12pm. My partners military training will last until 1pm. I asked the front desk clerk with the red hair if I could get late check-out. She was very rude and would not accommodate me. I been to way better hotels such as Marriotts that would accommodate me for late check-out. Also this Hilton/Hamptons is not the best on cleanliness. I suggest if you're the type of person that wants your needs meet after paying for your hotel. Don't stay here there not to pleasant.
